How would you like to come and play in my front yard for at least a week? This beachfront, not just a view of beach, third floor condo could be yours with all the comforts of home. I keep upgrading this condo to what I hope is beyond my guests expectations of a beachfront vacation condo.
The building is referred to as 'The Jewel of St. Pete Beach'. You can soak up the sun while experiencing all that a beach vacation should offer. This condo is on the northern curve of St. Pete beach providing a unique view of not only the beautiful Gulf of Mexico but the seven miles of sugar white St. Pete Beach sand. There are no other structures that separate you from the panoramic views or the sound of the surf.
This condo is west of Gulf Blvd. so you listen to the surf, not the traffic and yet has numerous restaurants and shops nearby. I also added a 42 inch flat screen TV with HDTV.
This condo is available for a minimum of 7 nights Saturday to Saurday with a maximum of four guests per stay.
Additional description: The large living room, master bedroom and balcony all provide you breathtaking views. This building is smoke-free and pets are not permitted in the building. The unit will comfortably accommodate 4 people and I limit the number of guests to 4.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, walk in closet, private bathroom and sliding doors that lead to the balcony.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a walk in closet and an adjacent second bathroom.
In the living room you will find a sectional sofa that has a queen size pull-out bed with an upgraded mattress. The living room is also furnished with a new 42 inch flat screen plasma television and several side chairs.
The living room and dining areas are both tiled and have area rugs. Both bedrooms have wall to wall Karastan carpet.
The fully equipped kitchen has Whirlpool major appliances, a blender, coffeemaker, toaster, mixer, electric can opener plus new cooking utensils and new Farberware. The eating area has a round table that will seat six.
This condominium unit is located on St. Pete Beach within walking distance of shopping and many excellent restaurants. Free parking is available under the building and there is an elevator for the convenience of the guests.
My condominium is my home away from home and therefore will be tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home. You will find many personal touches throughout the condo and it is frequently visited by myself to oversee whatever my guests needs are and for time for me to enjoy the beach.
Staying in a condo has many benefits to help make your vacation more affordable. As many meals as you wish may be prepared in the condo or on one of the two outside grills.
An exercise room /party room overlooks the beach so there is no reason to not keep up with your exercise routine with an incredible view or you can watch television while you exercise.
This condo has free local telephone service and Wi-Fi is now available throughout in the building.
The condominium building has a fresh water heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi that is a part of the pool. A large deck area surrounds the pool with lounge chairs and tables and umbrellas with the pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. In addition to the pool area there is a sun bathing deck area closer to the beach that includes grills for cooking. There are three separate laundry facilities in this 33 condo unit building. Each laundry has new washers and dryers and there is an ironing board and iron in the condo.
The large balcony off of the living room and bedroom is furnished with a table, four chairs and a lounge chair.
The beach re-nourishment project was completed in 2011.
Another advantage to this building is there are only 33 condos in the building and therefore it very seldom seems crowded.
A beach side cafe, with outside seating, directly on the beach, is next door and offers breakfast and lunch.
I always wanted to own property on the beach and this is my second opportunity to do so. I love a beach that is a good walking beach and one that is safe for young children as well as adults for swimming. This part of the Gulf Coast is known for it's sunsets so that also was another reason to own property on this beach. This condo holds many wonderful memories for me.
I would see this property when I walked along the beach and liked the idea that it was not located on Gulf Blvd. It is away from the sound of the traffic and I like hearing the waves instead of the traffic.
I also had noticed it was the only building along the beach that appears to have a privacy because of the iron fence that surrounds the property offering privacy and security if you want to sit down near the beach at night.
The pool is larger than the one at my other property and again because of the angle is protected from the wind.
I was really impressed with the view down the entire beach past the Don CeSar all the way to the point of Pass-a-Grille.
This is in a quieter part of the beach with plenty of activities, restaurants and shopping nearby. I like the fact that there are only 33 condos in the building unlike the hundreds of rooms in the hotels that make everything including the pool and elevator busy all of the time.
