Kick back and enjoy the Arizona lifestyle in this cool, clean, well-equipped home. Based right here you can delight in the simple pleasures: a romantic stroll along the quiet paths at sunset, breakfast out on the patio watching the hummingbirds hovering nearby. When the sun warms up you can take a cooling dip in the crystal clear pool that's just a two minute walk away or meet friends there in the evening for a barbecue and swim under the stars. You can have all this plus your own comfortable space where you can just relax and do what you want to do without evening going outside the gated community.

Once outside the gates you'll be so happy you chose to stay in this area: close to shopping, movie theatres, restaurants, medical centre, spring training facilities and new sports complexes.

Your lovely home away from home is located 30 minutes west of Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport, around 2 hours south of Flagstaff and 2 hours north of Tucson.

The winter climate is perfect for golf and the summer brings enough heat to melt even the memory of a snowflake. Hiking, art festivals, concerts, and of course a range of sports make this a great place to holiday! You'll feel at home in this modern house with its carpeted bedrooms, cool tile floors, aircon and ceiling fans.

Amenities: The kitchen is fully furnished with all the dishes, pots and pans you might need. Appliances include a fridge with ice maker, electric range/oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher.

The living room has comfortable sofas to relax on and a music centre to listen to your favourite music, while the dining area includes a round family table and chairs. The den includes a sofa, TV and DVD/VCR.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and built in closet. The guest bathroom includes a tub with shower.

There is a separate laundry space with washer and dryer.

The enclosed landscaped backyard has a gas BBQ grill. All landscaping is on a timer controlled drip system. The 2 car garage has an electric door with remote opener.

Electricity, gas, water, trash, and extended basic cable are provided.

HOA regulations do not allow overnight street parking, although there are several marked parking bays available just outside the house. There is a community swimming pool just 200 yards away to which guests will have a key.

Bedding and towels are provided.

Excellent home!

We had a great Christimas 2008 vacation. This house is very nice location, in a gated community. The home was very clean and maintained very well. The owner and sister in law were very easy to work with. Much nicer than any hotel we stayed at in the area. We would stay here again the next time we visit Arizona.

Quiet and Close to Everything

We really loved staying at this clean, cool Goodyear home. I was surprised by how quiet the neighborhood is. We walked the paths quite often and encountered nice people and their furry friends. The house was very nice. The Master bedroom and bath are spacious; the bed was quite comfortable. The second bedroom also looked very comfy, though we did not use it. The place is definitely nicer in person than on the web. Somehow, the photos don't do the place justice. If it's available again next year, I'll definitely book it for our Spring Break.

Palmilla Home

We chose the Palmilla home because of its west valley location and close access to I-10 and the 101. The 2 bedroom home was quite large. The community pool was unusable for the first part of our stay, which was to bad because it is very nice. It is a 2 couple home. I would suggest a futon in the den area to accommodate 3 single people. We were very happy with our choice all things considered.

Comfortable, clean, roomy and affordable!

Upon arriving at this home in a beautiful gated community my family and I were incredibly pleased. My husband, myself and two sons, ages 14 and 16 stayed in this home. It has two roomy bedrooms and a very open feel to the living, dining kitchen area. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking on the gas grill available on the back patio. The children enjoyed spending time in the heated pool. There are tons of eateries and stores at a very close proximity. My husband enjoyed golfing as well. It is a short drive to the Estrella Mountains where there is a large park and hiking trails . This home had all of the utensils, linens, towels etc. a family would need for their stay.
The home was better than expected based on the pictures. The listing was accurate. It was very affordable and we thoroughly enjoyed this vacation! I look forward to going back soon! I will definately recommend this home to family/ friends.

The home is located in a very nice gated area. For the most part everything was as expected by the online description. It felt like home away from home;clean, neat, sanitary! The property owner was really easy to work with and was always promt in responding to any questions/concerns that I had. Staying at this home definately helped to make the vaction a great one!

We would stay there again if and when we visit AZ again.

Good spot for a couple or 4 in Goodyear. Clean, well equiped, cooks will love it, my wife did! Short walk to the pool, tons of shopping & restaurants within 1 mile, save on gas.
