Amazing time

We were happy with the rental property and location, however, we were very dissatisfied with the customer service surrounding our experience. The owner informed me less than one week prior to our stay that a maximum of 12 individuals are permitted to stay at the property and that should be a ratio of 8 adults and 4 children. With a group of 16, we were forced to find additional last-minute accomodations or agree to pay an additional fee per person per night. Ironically, the owner's other property was offerred for rental as an alternative to accomodate the additional four individuals. Prior to signing the contract and paying for our stay, there was no mention of limitations on the number of guests. I would recommend the owner provide clear and concise guidelines for the property prior to rental, especially since the home has beds available to accomodate up to 18 people. We were very dissatisfied with the unprofessional manner in which this information was provided and the fact that we had to make alternative last-minute arranagements.

This is a spacious, well maintained , and well furnished home, ten minutes from Niagara Falls and ten minutes from Niagara on the Lake. The neighborhood is extremely quiet.

This is our second stay at homes owned by Mike and we have had nothing but excellent experiences in our dealings with him.

I went to this amazing house with my family and we really enjoyed it. The house is huge, a lot of bedrooms and beds, very clean, complete kitchen and equipment. Maybe some extra TVs are missing in the rooms but the house is great we really liked it! The Niagara Falls and other attractions are not so far, so it is just great.

Mike provided top notch caring and attentive customer service. Beautiful house! Very nicely laid out home with adequate space for a family holiday. Extremely comfortable beds and furniture. Adequately stocked kitchen (if someone is planning to do a lot of cooking--you may want to bring your own large pots, large utensils and serving platters) Centrally located to wineries and tourist area in a very quiet and peaceful community.
Our family had an excellent visit and enjoyed every moment of being in your well cared for and spacious home. It was a great way to celebrate a holiday together! We'd love to come back!

We stayed in this great property for 2 nights (Sept 15 and 16 2008) with our friends from France and wished we could have stayed longer. There were only 4 of us ( 2 couples) and we had a tough time deciding which bedroom to use. All were exceptional. This is great for a HUGE FAMILY. Big screen TV, barbecue, upgraded furnishings - who could ask for more. With a car, everything was accessible.

Very nice house. It is located about halfway between the wineries and the casino (both of our destinations!) and was very easy to get to. Kitchen supplies (pots, pans, baking dishes) were limited but overall it was a great home to rent with our group. I would definately rent here again.

We found the home to be spacious and clean. We liked being able to BBQ and relax in the living room while watching TV and visiting in our PJ's. We laughed and socialized together as a group of women and could go to our own bedrooms whenever we wanted. The home was close to everything we wanted, marathon, shopping, casino and niagara on the lake. We enjoyed our stay.

I can't say enough good things about our experience here. It was actually better than we could have hoped for. Our entire family met here for my parents' 50th Anniversary celebration and the house (and wonderful deck out back) held us comfortably. The beds were super comfy, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Mike was wonderful to work with and was always prompt to answer e-mails and phone calls. The location was perfect to both the Falls and wine country. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice house to accommodate a group of people. Denise/Seattle
