This newly remodeled condo invites you to relax in comfortable settings. Relax on the lanai and feel the warm ocean breeze or cool down in the air-conditioned unit featuring a flat-screen HDTV and stereo for entertainment. For our guests who love to be in the kitchen, you will appreciate the new Whirlpool appliances, such as the glass-top stove and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer.

Take a stroll around the complex, and you will find the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area right on the beach. This beach area is also a beautiful location to watch whales on their migration path during the winter months, and throughout the year, keep your eye out for sea turtles that come onto shore to enjoy the sun. Venture out of the complex, and a few minutes walk will take you to Magic Sands, a popular beach for swimming and body boarding. Great Studio

This studio is exactly as described and really nice. The bed was comfortable and the so was the hide a bed. We had friends stay one night with us and they said that it was the most comfortable hide a bed they had ever slept on. Two things that were disappointing were that the lanai was facing the street and was pretty noisy with the traffic so hard for us to enjoy using it. Also the pool area is very small and is in the interior of the complex so it doesn't get much sun. But the beach area is perfect. We saw turtles every day and enjoyed watching the surfers at the beach next door. There is a great church next door, Living Stone that we visited both Sundays and really enjoyed the service outside. The kitchen is small, but very well-equipped. However we didn't much cooking so if met our needs. The condo is a nice walking distance to the restaurants and shopping and there are alot of wlakers out on Ali'i Drive. We would recommend Bongo Ben's, Humpy's and any place that serves Tropical Dreams ice cream. Humpy's happy hour special is $2.00 off any drink, even soda, and any food ordered from 4-6 p.m. We loved our time in Kona and will definitely be back. Thanks again.

We absolutely loved our 2 week stay and cannot wait to get back. The condo was exactly as listed! First class and quality throughout! Exceptionally clean! Paul, the Property Manager was terrific, able to answer all our questions. We loved the location, just a little way from all attractions and restaurants. Very quiet at night, parking for your rental vehicle, and near a terrific market garden! We would absolutely recommend the condo to our friends!

A great place at a reasonable price.

Aloha! My wife and I just spent 10 days at the condo. The owners did a great job remodeling the unit. Everything is new/well done and looks as good as/better than the pictures. The guy at the management company (Paul) was very pleasant and helpful. The pros are too many to mention. I'll just say that in addition to all the things that are normally expected/provided we were really happy to find a few beach towels, a couple of great beach chairs, a small cooler and a couple of boogie boards. The only cons I can force myself to think of are 1) the lanai is facing and is about 30 feet from Ali'i Drive (lots of traffic from 7am to about 10:30pm) 2) the ocean view is obstructed by the apartment building across the street 3) walking to the area where most restaurants/bars for tourists takes about an hour; I think the rental price fully reflects/compensates for that. We enjoyed staying at this place. Mahalo to the owners!!!

Beautiful Condo!

Newly renovated, exactly as the pictures show. Very clean! I will stay here again. We had a wonderful time. Parking was great. Easy access to beaches. Partial ocean view was great. Many turtles seen at this beach.
