Locust lake was a great place to stay. The home was great and the owner was great to work with always keeping in contact making sure everything went smoothly. Cant wait to book this same home again sometime in the near futur.

This was a beautiful setting...made for a perfect ski weekend. The house was spacious enough for our son who was wheelchair-bound and easy for him to get in and out which was important for us. It was quiet, clean and cozy - simply charming! We look forward to renting again! Thank you so much!

NYE Weekend

We started off to a bumpy road because there was a snow storm. After that got settled, we had an amazing time. The house was very nice and the right size for us. My only suggestion for future goers: It might be a little confusing on how to get to the property the first time, but after you arrive the first time, youll know where to go. Also, the snow could make it harder to get around even with a 4 wheel drive truck. We plan on returning in the nicer weather to witness all of the fun things that come with the warmer weather.
We did have a deer come right up to the house, which was very cool to see.
I would definietly reccomend this place.

We Were Very Pleased with Our Stay!

Three years ago, we rented this house for a two night stay in the Poconos. We were so pleased with our stay that we've booked it every year since, including a weekend this coming January. The house is well kept, very clean, and a short distance from the mountain. Convenience stores such as Wawa and Rite Aid are also available after only a short drive. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, and the firewood stacked just off of the front deck allows those staying in to keep the fire burning all day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, stove and all of the utensils necessary for those who wish to cook. There is plenty of sleeping space, as the house has two downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs with two more beds. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a cozy getaway at a reasonable price.

OCTOBER STAY AT YOUR HOUSE

Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful place in late October. We had a great time! The weather was nice and we even had snow flurries one night. We saw a lot of deer, this is a good time of year to see them. The place is really accessible for me in the wheelchair, so we look forward to renting again, hopefully next summer, if not definitely next fall again! Thanks again!
