We (3 couples) rented this wonderful vacation home. It was nicely decorated and provided lots of space for 6 adults. We enjoyed the location and its proximity to the pool. The condo was well equipped and had all we needed for a relaxing respite from the cold north.

The property was every bit as nice as we envisioned. We enjoyed the tasteful decorating. The house was clean and well organized. The office setup including wi-fi, printer and fax worked very well for us.
The owner was very responsive and coudn't have been nicer to work with.
We are golf enthusiasts and enjoyed attending the PGA Tour Bob Hope Classic at PGA West.

This condo is set up perfectly for people who want a home away from home.
There are pools close by that virtually no one visits; its like having your own private paradise. Lots of space in this condo for friends or family without feeling crowded.
It's close to downtown La Quinta which has lots of options for eating out or enjoying happy hour outside. This location offers many activities such as golf, tennis, walking, biking, or nearby hiking.

Our family has stayed at this lovely house for several of our vacations, and we are always delighted. The layout is very comfortable, with a spacious master suite and two additional bedrooms that can easily house a bevy of kids (each room has its own TV, too). The unit has a unique TV/family room/den that is perfect for family time, and which can be closed off from the adjoining living room so that different groups can pursue different activities without disturbing each other - after all, the key to a successful group vacation is being able to get some privacy, too! The back patio presents beautiful views, and the unit has easy access to the pool (which is almost like a private pool, because there are so many pools in the community). Like the other reviewers, we enjoyed the bikes and the ability to ride with our small children around the neighborhood, picking oranges and grapefruit along the way. Highly recommended!

This home has everything amenity a family could ever desire for indoor and outdoor activities. We biked in the morning, picked grapefruits for breakfast, toured in the afternoon and swam before barbuqueing on the patio . It''s spacious size allows different age groups to pursue their own activities, children hung out in their room watching cartoons or playing video games, while the adults were in the t v room reading the morning paper, the cooks were in the kitchen while others were in the living room reading and listening to the fine selection of CD's. The 3.5 bathrooms allowed the children to have their own space while the adults had their own. A real plus for our family. The kitchen is well equipped for even the gorumet chef. There is a nice washer and dryer equipped with all the necessities, The free wireless connection delighted all the techies in the family The home is beautifully maintained and very clean. The beautiful public golf course is only a couple of miles away for those who aren't up to PGA standards and there are many near by restaraunts. One of our favorites is the Cliff House. We liked the location for a relaxing week giving everyone a break from their busy lives. The owner called us to inquire if we had any problems when we were scheduled to check in; rather than we calling him.

I would reccommend this property to friends and family of every age; this house has it all!!!
