This is a beautifully furnished, professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 2 story, single family home with approximately 2,000 sq.ft. of living space constructed in 2004. The property is located in the prestigious Summerlin Vistas gated Solano community. The house offers an open floor plan with a large kitchen with granite counter tops, a granite cooking island, new stainless steel appliances, large tile in the kitchen, the entry and all bathrooms, custom archways throughout the house, a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights, a large covered patio for summer shade and family barbecues, a large balcony off of the master bedroom which offers a partial view of the mountains and world famous Las Vegas Strip. My wife and I live in Huntington Beach, California. We love the outdoors! We enjoy boating, water sports, hiking and snow boarding. We have two beautiful pets, a dog and a cat. We work in the financial and Real Estate industries and we love to travel.

Why The Owner chose Summerlin

My wife and I really enjoy the outdoors, quality nightlife and we also enjoy our quiet time too. We chose to buy in Summerlin, Las Vegas, because it offers all of these options in one. We can hike with our dog Riggs at the Red Rock Canyon Conservation area. We can enjoy a quiet walk in the picturesque Vistas Community. We also can enjoy the nightlife that the very close by Red Rock Casino offers. If we want to take it up a notch it is just a 15 minute drive to the world famous Las Vegas Strip.

What makes this house unique

My wife and I enjoy either starting our day with a nice cup of coffee or starting our evening with a nice glass of wine on the balcony off of the master bedroom. We enjoy looking out at the partial view of the Las Vegas Strip and the mountains. We can enjoy a nice hike or bike ride taking in the views at the Red Rock Canyon Reserve. We can relax with a casual walk around the many neighborhood walking paths and parks or if we want some Las Vegas nightlife we can enjoy the local Red Rock or Suncoast Casinos or take a short drive to the Las Vegas Strip.

We spent 6 weeks at Carl and Amy's home in The Vistas. Everything you could want was available both in the home and close by. The home is exactly as described in print and pictures and very well appointed. Carl and Amy were always available for questions and very responsive. We loved the quiet neighborhood, proximity to parks, Red Rock Canyon, shopping and movies theaters. Only a 20 minute drive to the Strip! As long time VRBO renters we put this property and owners as one of our top choices!

We had the pleasure of leasing this home for 3 weeks while staying in Las Vegas/Summerlin, NV, March-April 2011. Mountain and city views were awsome. The home is furnished very nicely with a touch towards the modern and a good sense of style. The neighborhood is gated and quiet. Very close to shopping and entertainment. We had to be at the Summerlin hospital often and it was 5-10 miniutes away. Doing IVF in Las Vegas??? This is the house for you. It worked for us! The owners are very personable and accept dogs. We cannot recomend this home enough. Micah and Mindy

Everything listed on VRBO for this property was accurate. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner who was truly interested in our satisfaction and enjoyment. The house was in excellent condition in an ideal neighborhood in terms of stores, restaurants, entertainment and access to key roads. The owner left his personal information so we could contact him with any questions 24/7. He also left detail info ranging from garbage days to his choice of restaurants in the area. The photos on the site are accurate and the property is well maintained. Service in the nearby Red Rock Resort and the Suncoast Hotel/Casino restaurants is poor at best. So, use the resorts for gambling, movies and shows. My wife and I recommend BJ's for lunch, Kona Grill for dinner, or Vintner Grill for an outstanding upscale meal. There are several parks near the property as well, some ideal for children and/or seniors. If you like hiking, climbing, biking, golfing, and even skiing, this is a terrific location
