Wonderful Beach Vacation Home

My family flew in from all over the country. What an incredible vacation. We loved the spaciousness of the house, the many bedrooms and the privacy we each had. At the same time, we enjoyed the large living area with the two dining tables where we could all gather together. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The pool area in the back is beautiful and we all spent quite a bit of time on the front porch. The elevator was a plus because two family members are not able to climb stairs. It was also used to bring in lugguage and groceries. All went as planned!

Beautiful large house

The house is magnificent and comfortable for a lot of people. Our only problem was that the handle for one oven door was broken when we arrived. We could still use the oven, although carefully. The next day the repair person couldn't fix it and the glass shattered too. Since we couldn't use that oven anymore, it was hard to cook for a large group with only one oven. But I understand the predicament the repair person had. The house overall was great for our group and everyone loved the privacy of their rooms, the large living area and the location. The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. Charleston is a delightful place to visit also, making this location ideal. I would love to stay there longer.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at Palm Manor for a women's beach retreat with our church. We had a wonderful time. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. There are many great restaurants within walking distance as well little beach shops just down the street. It was a amazing trip for everyone.

Great house for a group

Absolutely perfect house for a group of adults -- each bedroom with a king bed and its own bath, a VERY well equipped kitchen (with two dishwashers, two coffee makers, etc). Great location right across from the beach and just down the street from a little bit of night life/entertainment. The house was well maintained and clean when we got there. We will be looking to rent here again as soon as possible!

Hello!
Just a note to inform you we all had an exceptional stay at 1111 E Artic in Folly. The house is perfect for young and old and the porches to the ocean were a huge meeting spot. We felt blessed to all be together is such a gorgeous setting.
Once again, thank you for an enjoyable stay. We loved the cute downtown, tried several restaurants and walked the pier each day. Very relaxing!
Also a special note--we met your cleaning ladies on the way in---they were so very sweet. We knew we were about 1/2 early and they were nice enough to allow us to sit on the porch. We were grateful after our long drive.
Hopefully we will work with you again one day! Nancy
