Every other year My wife and I have a reunion with our sons, daughter in law, her brother and wife, and their son, daughter, husband and young son. This year we picked Kiawah. The most pleasant accomodations we have ever had. Erin was fantastic!! she even called the first night to see if everything was ok. We would recommend Erin's vacation home to anybody anytime. We had such a great time, we will come back again! Very "baby friendly".

FANTASTIC! Absolutely gorgeous house with a wonderfully equipped kitchen and lovely pool. Great location with a short bike ride to the beach. Professional management by concientious owners. I selfishly wanted to refrain from comment to keep this place our family's secret.

This house is just as it is described and Erin is professional, thorough and available to address any questions very promptly. This house provides space for children and adults and is so close to the beach. We had a wonderful week and will certainly return.

This was our 17th summer visit to Kiawah. We have stayed everywhere and had some really nice houses. This however, was the best house we've stayed in. There were 12 of us and you would never know it. The highlight was the outdoor living space w/ the pool. The kids and adults were in the pool every single day. Erin and her mother in law Dee were wonderful to work with. It was a great week.

great home for a large family

If you are planning a multi-family vacation to Kiawah Island, take a look at this house. This beautifully appointed home is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was as advertised: the beautiful home, the close proximity to the beach....it couldn't have been better. Erin was terrific to work with. I would recommend it to anyone. My family - and those we traveled with - would definitely stay here again.

We took our family of eleven to Kiawah June 16th to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The island, beaches, ocean and five golf courses were beautiful but the Duncan house was perfect. It lends itself to all ages - whether it be quiet time on the screened in porch, playing games in the courtyard with the young adults, swimming in the pool, getting something to eat in the gourmet kitchen, escaping to the game room or even doing a load of wash.

Erin Duncan was just a phone call away, she was so helpful and the booklet she mailed prior to our trip had many useful suggestions. Having the bikes delivered and reserving beach chairs and umbrellas were a great convenience. Erin thinks of everything.

This is a spacious, beautifully appointed home, complete with everything one needs and more. Such luxury! We talk about our vacation but the topic always ends up about "the house", the memories linger on and we hope to return.

My family spent a splendid week at this lovely Kiawah home. We brought three families from across the country together for a week and our experience surpassed our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful and could not be in a better location with proximity to the beach and bicycle trails. The layout of the home is fantastic and accomodated 3 families so easily. The guest house is ideal for gatherings for children. The courtyard pool is beautiful and the covered portico area is so comfortable and relaxing. The main house is incredible...huge kitchen with all of the amenities, spacious dining room, beautifully appointed family room, and 2 master bedrooms with fabulous baths. Not only did the grown-ups love it, but the kids did as well. We sincerely hope to be frequent return renters!!! Erin Duncan and her family are delightful to work with, making the entire experience just a great Holiday!!
