This wonderfully spacious condo is located on the bay side of Siesta Key, overlooking a truly picturesque treed courtyard, heated pool and Jacuzzi. The tennis courts and shuffle board, BBQ’s and look out dock are at your doorstep. Simply cross the road to access your private beach entry and sink into a chaise lounge chair on the award winning white sand beach.

This desired 1st level condo, which is owner-used and cared for, has been renovated allowing for maximum brightness with light tiled floors, and carpet, an open kitchen with counter bar, perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch, and for visiting with guests during dinner preparations. The living room boasts brand new furniture in attractive colors. Sliding doors lead to the lanai which overlooks the pool. There is great convenience to having the laundry appliances right in the condo! This condo is one of Excelsior’s largest floor plans.

We are able to offer rebates during low season, for that spring or fall golf holiday!

About The Owner

We have owned this property for 12 years now and never tire of its beauty and amazing setting. The beach is our number one draw and the kids have spent many happy times digging and swimming, while we adults enjoy biking and walking the beach. The occasional dolphin siting is always exciting! One of our favorite annual outings is to rent a boat and travel down the intra-coastal waterway for the afternoon with a picnic. There is plentiful shopping nearby and fabulous restaurants in Siesta Village and in nearby downtown Sarasota. What we love about Excelsior is that while it is so conveniently located to amenities on the Key, the setting just nestles you in and you are secluded in luxury.

We bought this condo after many years of holidaying in the area and growing to love the key and the pristine beach. It is cherished by our family, and the area caters to such a wide variety of age groups.

What makes this condo unique

Excelsior has a great location - walking distance to stores and restaurants, biking distance to the Village. The private beach access and chaise lounge chairs make going to the beach a breeze. The tennis courts are active and easy to find a game.

Perfect location for 2 mothers vacationing with 2 daughters. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious and the great room is large and so comfortable. The kitchen has everything that is needed to cook any type of meal. The pool areas are clean with the lawns neatly manicured. Gorgeous surroundings. The walk across the street to the beach enjoyable. Tennis courts were a bonus. The owners and management were easy to work with. I would stay here again. GREAT value.
