The perfect place!

Loved it! Beautiful, quiet, clean condo that looks better than the pictures. Comfortable beds, lots of space and well-stocked kitchen. Loved the hot tub on the deck and the heated garage (to keep our ski boots warm!). Short walk to the ski bus. Will definitely stay here again!

Convenient and well appointed. Tons of kitchen supplies.
Everything worked. Plenty of space to lay around.
Easy to drive in and out. Roads were plowed
And easy 1 block walk to free bus shuttle.
Will definitely stay here next trip to Steamboat.

Wonderful Steamboat Rental!!!!

WE have used VRBO numerous times before and have never been disappointed but this was hands down our favorite. It felt like being home, cozy, clean, comfortable...... This was our first ski vacation with our 3yr old and he loved the condo as well. The location was wonderful. There is nothing negative I can say about this condo. It was very easy working with the owner and would love to stay here again!!!!

We had the absolute best time during our vacation in Steamboat Springs. Brad Luth with Colorado Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with, very responsive to inquiries, and set up our rental without a hitch. The condo itself was well represented in the photos. We were so pleased with the rental itself, very nicely kept, great instrucitons, great location, great condition. We will be back, and we will use Brad again, and probably request the same place. Thank you!

Hot tub was especially nice!

Property was accurately represented and well furnished. Hot tub was especially nice and the unit had good views of the ski mountain. Bus stop was 1-2 minute walk up the street and one of the first stops on the way back from Gondola center (which was nice when returning from days on the mountain).
