Great Townhouse in Silverthorne!!!

This was a perfect place for 3 couples.We spent 2 weeks at this property. You could gather in the comfortable living area or you could have privacy in your own bedroom with bathroom and TV. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ grill was convenient. The hot tub was especially nice and we used it daily. All the furnishings were quite comfortable. We also liked having the garage and the entryway to hang waders, gear and coats. We took day trips: trout fished, hiked, shopped, viewed the beautiful Aspens and a few headed to the casinos at Central City/Black Hawk. This townhouse was great to come back to after our day trips. In addition, Evelyn makes the reservation process very easy. This was our 5th fall to spend in the Silverthorne area and the first time to stay at this property. We look forward to returning next year and we would recommend this property to our friends.

We have been renting townhomes in Silverthorne for the past several years, and this is by far the best one. It has great decor, super comfortable couches and a ton of sleeping space. It is great for multiple families or families with teenagers, because the lower level has it's own bathroom and living room with two futons in addition to the bedroom. It was more than enough space for our family of seven. The location is awesome, because it's on a mountain but less than ten minutes from the grocery and outlet stores. The view from the back deck is fabulous, and they have a great hot tub to enjoy it from. The owner was super friendly and helpful, and she added personal touches like leaving a directory of restaurants and things to do in the area. It is a wonderful bargain for such a great townhome- we were just thankful the owners were willing to share it with us!

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay!! We had two families and more than enough room - everyone had their own bed and lots of space for all of their stuff.
The "mud room" was perfect for storing all of our skiis, coats, gloves, etc. The hot tub was a welcome relief after a long day of skiing. And Evelyn was wonderful to work with.
We would highly recommend this condo. to everyone and we hope to return again someday!

This was an awesome place for our extended family! It was so convenient having multiple bedrooms each with their own bathroom. I also appreciated the three floors - it allowed people to spread out and have some privacy when needed. The condo was well equipped with necessities and amenities and was warm and inviting, with pleasant accents. Evelyn was extremely easy to work with, providing comfortable and fast communication.
One note - if you have a larger group (eight or more) and plan to use the hot tub, you may need to bring some additional towels.

What a great place for our extended family to spend a week. We were most impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and all of the included ammenities. The central location made it easy to take day trips with our family (Rocky Mntn Ntl Park, Loveland Pass, etc.) This place would be 1st on our list for future Colorado vacations.

What a great place! Everything you need is close at hand. The townhouse is warm and inviting not to mention clean and spacious. Evelyn is the most accomodating person we have ever rented from, this is a five star experience.

This place was one of the nicest condo's I have ever stayed at in my 7 trips to CO skiing! Evelyn was also great to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone heading to Summit County. Its private, loved having our own hot tub, yet close to everything making it very convenient.

Even though the pictures are accurate, they do not do this wonderful property justice. It is clean, warm, and inviting. We will rent again if plans bring us back to Copper Mountain. Also, the renter has wonderful service and follow up. We are extremely happy.

This condo was perfect for our two families. We could have our 6 kids downstairs while the 4 adults were upstairs. The owners were super helpful, the condo was very nice, and the location was super convenient to so many things. We were pleasantly surprised and very thankful for the terrific accommodations at the extremely reasonable price.
