Lovely 4 BR 3 BA Home

Welcome to Tigger's Den where you can enjoy the exquisite benefits of our family owned spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, air-conditioned magnificent villa with a private heated pool and Game room. If location to Disney is important for you and your family, this immaculate villa is just 4 miles from Disney and convenient to all other major attractions. Our villa is located in Oak Island Cove, which is one of the closest communities to Disney. This Villa has all of the key ingredients for a superb vacation. Let Tigger's Den make your visit to the Disney area a memorable one.

This villa offers all of the comforts of home. Imagine being able to relax in your very own private pool at the end of the day in a quiet and family oriented setting. The Game room provides the kids many hours of enjoyment during your stay. The Game room offers Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Foosball, and Mini Basketball.

With all of the amenities that are included in this villa, there will be days where you and your family will want to spend here to just relax and have fun.

Another important factor in planning your families vacation is having enough space to allow everyone to be content. Our villa features 2 Master Suites with King size beds, Cable TV, walk-in closets and full bath. Two additional bedrooms feature 2 twin beds each with Cable TV and closet. One of which is Disney themed and we like to call it Tigger's Den. The kids will love it!

The Family room features a sleeper sofa, Cable TV, VCR, CD player and a splendid view of the private pool and patio. The fully equipped Kitchen provides everything for the chef in your family. It features table seating for 6 plus the addition of a 3 bar stool breakfast bar and all upgraded major appliances. The Laundry room is just off of the Kitchen and provides a full size Washer and Dryer as well as an ironing board.

All linens and towels are provided by us for your convenience.

The pool area offers ample furniture for relaxing by the pool and having a BBQ if you so desire.

Just minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions. Convenient to restaurants and shopping for any of your needs. Just 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and less than an hour from the beach. So, why not enjoy the comforts of Tigger's Den. It will be a vacation your family will cherish and memories made that will last forever.

We stayed in the Tigger's Den villa for 10 days during Feb. 2006. We loved this house. This nicely decorated villa had lots of space, a beautiful pool, a nice game room and all the comforts of home. The location was great since it is very close to lots of stores and restaurants and only minutes from Disney. I would recommend this villa to anyone and we plan to stay there again next time we visit Disney.

This house was much better than the pictures. It was extremely clean, it was almost like new. It had many perks that we didn't know about, like a crib, playroom and many kitchen extras. We felt very safe because it was a very nice neighborhood. Restaurants, pharmacys, parks and shopping were no more than 4 miles away. Dennis was extremely nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend renting this house. I will do so again when I return to Florida. No more hotel rooms for us.

My family stayed at Tigger's Den from Dec. 27, 2008 to Jan. 3, 2009. The house was exactly as described on the website. It was very nice, neat, clean and comfortable. We loved the easy access to the highway, and different restaurants and amenities. Everyone had a lovely time. I will always inquire with Dennis and Arlene whenever we're planning a trip to the area again and I do highly recommend them.

Our stay at Tigger's Den was wonderful. The house had everything we could need, and then some! Kids really enjoyed the pool and the game room. It was so relaxing to come back to a spacious home after a long day at one of the Disney parks. Quiet neighborhood, and very convenient to stores, shops and Disney. Will stay at Tigger's Den again if we are ever in Orlando. Will recommend to friends and family. So much better than staying in a small hotel room!!

We stayed at the villa from June 24 to July 1. Everything was wonderful. The villa was so comfortable, the pool was great and the kids loved the game room. I could not have asked for a better location. Easy access to Disney, shopping and restaurants. The entire week was great. We'll be back and will definitely recommend to our friends.

We loved the location of this home and its easy access to Disney and all other attractions. If you don't like to cook there are plenty of restaurants to pick from. The beach is only an hour away so if you get bored with amusement parks you can always take a short trip to Daytona. The covered patio area is nice if you want to get out of the sun and a large pool deck if you want to get a tan. We have decorated one bedroom in a Tigger's theme for the kids to enjoy.
