This very clean Condo is located in a community called Village at Town Park, in the heart of Lakewood Ranch. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with custom paint scheme inside/outside. The condo is located on the first floor with all new flooring and flat screen television/DVD in main living area with an additional television in the master bedroom (King Bed), which has a separate master bathroom. Guest bedroom is large and features a queen bed with walk in closet. Full kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, microware, dishwasher and all cooking utensils provided. Enjoy your coffee or special beverage while sitting on the quaint lanai.

The Village at Town Park offers many amenities. You can relax by the clubhouse pool, play beach volleyball, work out in the fitness center, or take a stroll on the lakeside track. The clubhouse can be used to host intimate gatherings inside or out on the large screened patio overlooking the pool. The clubhouse also features a fully equipped business center and a conference room. For children, there is a playground, and a kiddie pool at the clubhouse.

The shopping, restaurants and activities in Lakewood Ranch are outstanding, and are located a few miles from the condo. Lakewood Ranch's is located on a scenic 150+ acre lake and offers many upscale boutiques, fine restaurants, and the Lakewood Ranch Cinemas - a 7 screen movie theater. Less than one mile from the condo is Market Square, which features Publix Supermarket, First Watch restaurant, and numerous additional stores and restaurants. Legacy Golf Club is an award-winning Arnold Palmer signature designed 18 hole championship daily fee course located just minutes from the condo. The Sarasota Polo Club, located in Lakewood Ranch, is where the best players from around the world compete each Sunday from December - April. Main Street features live music from 6pm - 9pm the first Friday of each month. The condo is less than 5 miles from all of the shops and restaurants on University Parkway, including Bonefish Grill, Atlanta Bread Company, Carraba's Italian Grill, Panera Bread and Super Target. The condo is less than 2 miles from I-75, and is a 15 minute drive to downtown Sarasota, Marina Jack's and St. Armand's Square.

We spent the month of December in this lovely condo. It was accurately described on the website but exceeded our expectations. The apartment is immaculate and well equipped. Michael & Jeraleigh were very accessible & even called us to make sure everything was okay. Lakewood Ranch is a beautiful area and also in close proximity to the beaches, golf, theater, shopping, etc. We have no hesitation recommending this condo to others and hope to be back in the future.

Really enjoyed my stay in this Lakewood Ranch condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were pleasant and easy to work with. It's well located within Lakewood Ranch, not too far from the business area which has restaurants, shops, movies, groceries and mini-golf. Hope to stay here again soon!

We enjoyed our stay April 3rd to 17th 2011. Very clean with restful decor and amenities. we enjoyed the special soaps and snacks made available by owner. This is a really great location being near all attractions and restaurants in Sarasota area. This has been a favorite location for many years so was a delight to find this gem of a condo to relax and enjoy. As always the beaches are close and beautiful. The pool was lovely and very clean. The pictures & information presented is very accurate. The owners were always available and helpful in every way. We highly recommend this lovely condo and will stay again in the future. It was above and beyond our expectations.

We stayed at this condo in January 2011 for a month. Great place to stay. Very clean and updated and amenities. Plenty of restaurants. Shopping and beaches nearby. Handicap parking and ground floor.
We recommend this place highly and would stay there again.

We stayed at the condo recently and had a wonderful experience. Everything was clean and working fine. The amenities seemed new. The facilities around the condo were first class. It has everything we would imagine a rental having. It was about 20 minutes from the beach and no problem with the drive. There was plenty of shopping close to the residence as well. We would definatley rent again if the chance arose. We would recomend this to anyone.
