Newly painted, jacuzzi tub, new furniture, new dishwasher and microwave, full size refrigerator, bath linens, free bus to all 3 local ski resorts, main street and shopping (bus stops in front of condo). Outdoor grill (charcoal), jacuzzi (outdoor common area), sleeps 8 comfortable (master bedroom – queen bed, br 2 has twin beds, loft has king size bed and living room has full size pull out couch).

Identical adjoining unit available upon request. (also sleeps 8).

The Rail Trail is right behind this property. You have beauty, cross country skiing, and no one behind you. It has great privacy and a nice size hill for the kids to go sledding while mommy and daddy have a glass of wine.

Mixed reviews at best!

First of all, make sure to read the fine print in this ad. Ski in Ski out, yes, for x country skiers only.

Mountain view? Yes - actually a view of a hillside - through back bedroom windows only. View from public rooms of unit are of the inside of the complex only. Renovation is a work in progress. Bathroom for loft was extremely cramped. No shower in the lower level master bathroom only a tub. The complex as a whole was pretty tired. The hot tub didn't work the whole time we were there, despite signs saying it would be fixed "tomorrow".

The kitchen was REALLY cramped and in need of serious updating.

Offsetting all of this is the fact that the owner is easy to work with, the two units can easily be connected for larger parties and the location is decent for either a bus ride to the mountain (although buses only come every half hour) or for a quick drive to the base.
