Tommy Bahama would love this island style condo. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the expansive lanai on the 3rd green of the beautiful Waikoloa Fairways Golf course. Golf discounts are available to renters. The lanai is a large wrap around lanai equipped with a wet bar and refrigerator for your convenience. Recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops, and fully stocked with everything imaginable for the chef. This is a single level unit on the ground floor and has beautiful ocean views from all rooms. Luxurious linens in both master suites. The unit has a new full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The unit is located in the Village of Waikoloa, in a beautiful gated community, only a 10 minute drive to famous Hapuna and A-Bay beaches and world famous resorts. The Fairways are walking distance to a full size grocery store complete with deli and bakery departments and several great restaurants.

The complex has a beautiful swimming pool, spa and BBQ area with plenty of comfy lounge chairs and seating areas.

About The Owner

Dan is semi-retired and I own an advertising agency. We live in the Reno Tahoe area and love the beach and golf. We have two grown children who love their getaways to paradise. Our daughter, Jamie was married at the Catholic Church in Waimea and had a fabulous oceanside reception at the Sullivan Estate in Puako. We love to get away to our island paradise.

The Big Island of Hawaii is laid back, friendly and has the most amazing things to see and do. We love the climate, all the beautiful beaches, hiking the volcano, swimming, the list goes on and on...not to mention the fabulous food! The fresh fruits and vegetables, and local fish are amazing.

What makes this condo unique

Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Situated right on the 3rd green of the Waikoloa Fairways Golf Course and a short drive to world famous beaches. Fabulous ocean and sunset views.

An excellent condo

We stayed this condo for 10 nights during late May-early June, 2011.
It was in a excellent shape in every measure. The furnitures are like the ones you use in your home.
Kitchen is very efficient and solid. Beds are spacious and comfortable.
Everything you need in a vacation is here, ice chest, backpack, beach towels...
You can watch the sun goes down right from the lanai.
And the golf course in front makes you forget you are in a volcanic island.
There was a minor problem in the kitchen sink but the owner responded very quickly and she let someone fix it the next morning.
I've rented 5 times through the vrbo, but this was the best unit.
I want to go back again in the near future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
