We have nothing but excellent things to say about the entire experience staying at the Equinoxe West.

Beofre booking, JP provided me with all of the information I needed, and if I had any questions he would write me back right away. I received the welcome package which was very impressive! It had all of the information we needed including driving directions which were flawless, as well as all of the information needed for the condo and things to do! The condo itself was more than we could have hoped for. Beautiful view, clean and very well organized. We lacked nothing on this trip! I contacted JP regarding the hot tub being open, and shortly after it was opened for us. By far the best customer service we have ever experienced. We WILL be back, and we will be recommending this condo to all we know. Thank you for allowing us to the experience of staying at your condo. It was wonderful!

This condo was fantastic. The underground parking was a pleasant surprise. The views are great, the village is a short walk or a quick shuttle ride. The condo has everything you need. It was so cozy that our son wanted to just stay in some nights and watch TV in front of the fire. We did not hear any noises from the hallway or the other condos. We have been to Tremblant a couple of times and usually go to the the restaurants in the village, out of convenience. This time we drove a couple miles down the road to Old Tremblant and there were some great restaurants there too. Thank you so much for renting us your condo and we would definitely rent it again.

Great space, beautiful view and close to everything.

Our 1st time visiting Mt.Tremblant and it could not have been better! The condo itself is so comfortable & welcoming - really exceeded our expectations. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom as well as BBQ on balcony indicated the owner has thought of every detail to make sure we had an enjoyable time. The king bed was super comfortable with the most amazing views day or night, right from the bed looking thru the large windows. Underground and secure parking was also a plus. The owner was very organized and even provided a very helpful activity list plus restaurant suggestions. We loved being able to just walk out the door to a hiking trail (which would be lovely in ski season).

Thank you Jean-Pierre for a very enjoyable 2 night stay at your condo. The location is terrific and the views are to die for! After travelling around Canada for a week we found your condo be the perfect place to kick back and relax for a few days before hitting the road again. Everything was immaculately clean and maintained and we would love to come back again, albeit for a little longer next time! We would have no hesitation in recommending your rental to our friends and family here in Oz.

I liked everything! Had a wonderful time looking at sunset from the balcony. View from the pool is also gorgeous!

It really exceeded our expectations. Great condo and great location ! The pool was pretty cool for the kids. The condo was very well furnished. The beds in the wall is very good and doesn't take away room in the place.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights at this wonderful condo in L'Equinoxe complex. We were absolutely delighted. The condo is exactly as shown on VRBO (I suspected that the view from the bedroom might have been set up: it isn't, that's exactly how you'll see it from your bed).

The owner is very well organized and will provide all the information needed right away; he was very easy to reach via e-mail or cell phone, which was also very good.

The complex was very quiet and the view is breathtaking from the bedroom and balcony. Access via the elevator, parking, storage and bike locks was a breeze. You could walk down to the village or walk up to the beautiful pool and hot tub. The condo is well stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies. The BBQ was also a big plus.

An additional bonus is with the Murphy beds: they look great when pulled up against the wall and they were very comfortable to sleep (we had a couple joining us for one night).

Finally, when there was a glitch with the condo upstairs (the fridge leaked into our bathroom), there was staff on site who came right away to check it out and fix it. The complex and condo are very well maintained, with staff looking at the pools, hot tubs, flowers and overall cleanliness.

We would be back! This is a great place to stay at all seasons of the year. Very good quality-price, you won't regret it.
