This was the best vacation. It was my daughters first (she's 14 months) & she loved the ocean. Bill was super nice & really made you feel at home. The condo had literally everything you would have in your own home. The views from the condo were gorgeous, that's the first thing you notice when you walk in the condo. This would be a great spot for anyone looking to have a good time. WE loved it so much we're now looking in to moving to the area!

Had a great time on our recent visit to Indian Rocks Beach. Bill's condo was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped and he was very accommodating to our needs. We loved the area, beautiful beach, restaurants close by and the trolley is very handy. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Great place to stay. The view is AMAZING. Stayed here between Christmas and New Years and had a fantastic time. Close to everything in IRB. Owner lives in complex and is great to deal with. Fantastic breeze from the gulf on the balcony.

This condo is very nice. Our kids are grown now, so this was the first vacation my wife and I had taken alone in 24 years. We live on the east coast and have enjoyed the beaches here, but there is no comparison to the view of sunrise (east), versus sunset (west). We made sure to watch every sunset together. The scenery there was unbelievable. A great view from the Balcony that was, at times, overwhelming.
Bill, the owner is a nice fellow. Very cordial, and professional. He kept himself available for any questions we might have, and even offered some tips on some nice sights to see during our stay.
This was the perfect retreat for my wife and I. It gave us time to get to know each other again, as well as rekindling our romance.
And don't let yourself get so rushed in life, that you can't make time to find yourself as well. Thanks again Bill.

Nice quiet condo & very, very clean. Owner is very nice to deal with & lives in same complex in case of any problems, which we did not have. We were there in Dec. & the pool was not heated & definitely too cold to swim in which was disappointing because this is one of the reasons you pay to go to Florida in colder weather further north. As far as the condo goes, it has been updated with new living room furniture and has a really nice spacious bedroom with walk in closet from bathroom or bedroom.

Just arrived home last night after a very enjoyable and comfortable three week visit at this location. The condo is everything and more than the website states. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. And I have many photos to prove it!! We really enjoyed the condo, the beach, and the entire area. It was excellent to be able to meet and talk with the owner. GREAT VACATION! Thanks for everything!
