Beautiful condo 4 1/2 completely furnished and clean. It is a 24 hour gated community site right on the ocean. Heated pool. Close to all commodities. Washer and dryer are in the unit.

Lots of activities and nightlife. Close to Boyd Hill Trail, Salvador Dali Museum, Tampa Rays Baseball, Tampa Bay Lightning, Buccaneers Football, etc.

Non-smoking unit and no pets allowed.

Summer rate 20% discount.

We enjoy the pool, the great view, and all of the other activities that the complex provides and we like to be close also to the lovely National Park 'Fort Desoto' that won the prize of the most beautiful beach of Florida in 2005.

My wife and I stayed at this property for a month in Jan 2013. We found the property to be better than described in the photos. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Richard was very friendly and handled our concerns in a professional manner. We would highly recommend this property to anyone

We are currently renting this unit and it is absolutely marvelous! the inside of the u nit was very clean and well furnished with everything you will need to make your stay feel just like home! The floors are all tiled and the bathroom updated! The View from the patio is beautiful and I actually saw a dolphin one morning!!! It is a very quiet and peaceful area and we look forward to returning next year. We would recommend this unit to anyone!

Great winter getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The unit was equipped with everything you could possibly need. I see that the living room furniture was updated which makes it even better. The owners were great to deal with. The photos accurately depict what the condo is like. It was clean and well maintained. Waterside is a fabulous facility with wonderful pools and exercise facilities. I would recommend this property to anyone.
