This is an amazing ski in/ski out paired home with all the mountain charm and luxury finishes you need for a fantastic vacation. You will ski out on Peak 9 but will have to ski back in on Peak 10 (blue/black trails). To ski back in you must be an intermediate skier, you will lift up to Peak 10 and ski back to the Burro Trail.

His High Place is a gorgeous in town 3400sf home, just a 15 minute walk to Main Street (weather permitting). On the Main Level you have an amazing gourmet kitchen, a dining room that will seat 18 and a magnificent great room with fireplace and incredible mountain views.

The Upper Level offers 2 fabulous master bedrooms with private decks divided by a large loft, while the Lower Level has two bedrooms with private game/living room which includes an XBOX and a private hot tub off the deck.

This fabulous home is just blocks from Downtown Breckenridge. Drive anywhere in town or to any ski parking in less than 5 minutes. This spacious, well-maintained luxury mountain residence will provide your family and friends comfortable, close-in lodging for your winter and summer visits to Summit County.

Bedroom #4 - Bunk Bed w/Twin Top, Full Bottom & Twin Trundle + Queen Sleeper (6)

*NOTE: This home is not a true ski-in/out home, however, per real estate guidelines, is still classified ski-in/out. In order to get to the ski runs you will have to walk. In addition, ski-in/out is weather permitting.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults, or 18 total with children.

The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles.

4x4 is MANDATORY during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access is through Peak 9 in skiing out or Peak 10 in skiing back in.

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $255 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.

4 days in a dream home

My family and I came to Breckenridge for a 4 day get away and a mountain bike race and needed a place to stay. We were lucky enough to find the River Ridge Rental website and found His High Place.

From start to finish we had a great experience. The communication was amazing, the house was a amazing and the entire process was amazing. I will be back to Breckenridge and I will back with River Ridge Rentals and His High Place. You can't go wrong.

Absolutely love the house! Plenty of room for everyone to be together, yet the split levels and multiple living areas can give adults/teens/kids their own gathering space. Very well furnished and comfortable. Amazing to think that you can have such great views and yet still be within walking distance of Main Street. We will be back!!! Thanks!!!

Really enjoyed the house and getting away from the Texas heat. This was the first real vacation for our six adopted kids from Haiti. They loved the Alpine slide and horseback riding.
