NOW ACCEPTING WEEKLY AND DAILY RENTALS—CHECK MY CALENDAR AS IT IS UP TO DATE ON WHAT IS AVAILABLE! This very unique location affords you the peace and tranquility of all of Old Naples has to offer yet at a very affordable price. It will take you less than 5 min. to walk to the famous Naples Pier to watch the sunsets, go sea shelling, suntanning and swim. The small hotel of which this unit is located has a private pool and private parking.

The condo sits right by the pool so it is easy to run inside and grab a quick drink or something to eat. Park your car in your reserved parking spot. TV in each room, WI-FI and all the makings to fix a beautiful meal if you don’t want to go frequent many of Naples 4+ Star restaurants! Many in walking distance from this condo.

We have beach chairs, towels and everything to make your stay cozy and comfortable. Bring your sunblock and leave the rest to us! Daily Maid service available at an extra charge.

You just can’t find a better location, tastefully decorated condo and price! Watch for new photos as I add the flat screen TV and and some nice decorations!

IT IS ONE OF THE ONLY UNITS THAT ACCEPTS WEEKLY AND DAILY RENTALS IN SEASON! This is a famous old motel right off the beach in downtown Naples— 3 min. walk to Naples Pier. 5 Minutes to Tommy Bahamas Restaurant, Art walks and galleries, Campiello’s, Handsome Harry’s, Jewelry stores, convenience stores. 300 STEPS TO THE BEACH TO WATCH THE SUNSET EVERY NIGHT!

What makes this condo unique

A nice clean beautiful pool right out the front door. Lots of lounge chairs and relaxation! Quiet! Off the beaten track yet right in the middle of all the action! Private parking. Laundry room coin operated. Maid service if you choose. Not included in rental.

Although the overall Condo/Motel complex is dated, it is "location, location, and location". This complex has the" largest" and nicest "heated" pool that we have found in Naples. It is convient to the beach [across the street], the famous Naples fishing pier [1 1/2 blocks], Saturday's farmers market [1 1/2 blocks], 3rd Street dining and shops [2 blocks], and St. Ann's Catholic church [5 blocks]. It has been recently updated with 3 new flat screen TVs and 2 new AC unit and redecorated.with planned improvements for next year. Although the unit is small we plan to keep coming back, since it meets our requirements which include swimming a 1/4 mile everyday we can, a wide variety of nearby kayak trips are possible, "beach time" [sunning, shelling,walking and boogey-boarding], nice affordable restaurants, and sightseeing.

Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing

Mariner By the Sea is a great location. It was one block from my morning coffee, one block to some great food and one block to the beach. Naples by The Sea was clean well kept and a great vacation spot.
The owners were exceptional. I added on a last minute night and they were extremely accommodating.
Enjoy it is a great place!!!
