Newly Renovated Studio Apartment Close to Beaches & Downtown

Come enjoy Laguna Beach in this studio apartment in the Village. The apartment is attached to a 1920's cottage. It has its own entrance & deck with lounge chairs and a BBQ for grilling. The unit is 250 square feet (excluding deck space) with a new queen size bed, 42' flat screen TV, small sitting area, kitchenette and bathroom. The property is three blocks from Cleo Street Beach. It is also close to a local Grocery Store. Downtown and Main Beach are a short 10 minute walk away. The unit has a designated, private parking space. There is a minimum stay of 4 nights. The unit has been completely renovated and furnished in June of 2012. Everything is new! Beach chairs, towels, a cooler & and umbrella are provided! **Please check calendar before making inquiry ** Strict 2 Person Maximum Occupancy (including children and infants), Non-Smoking. Pet-friendly (1 pet max) and 4 Night Minimum.

I've lived in Laguna Beach over 15 years. I'm in love with the town's unique art culture and incredible beauty. The village area is very special with older cottages, lovely gardens and a quaint downtown area. Of course the beaches are a favorite of mine too.

Great Beach Apartment

This apartment is fab, myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 weeks, its a 5 min walk to the beach and high street, and a ralphs supermarket. Its small but has everything we needed and is part of a lovely street and very quiet and safe neighborhood. My only bad point is that sometimes the wifi is a little weak and we struggled to use Skype but apart from that fab place, would definitely recommend for a couple or single person. Jill was fab also the booking process was fast and easy.

My wife, our dog Sunny and myself stayed at the Studio Apartment for a week. In the past we had lived in Laguna Beach for more than twenty years so know the town well. The Studio provided us an ideal base to visit with family and friends. It well located not too far from Downtown and Main Beach but offered a quite location.

Perfect Getaway

I stayed here last month and was pleasantly surprised to find it was just as I expected from the photos and description. A very bright and clean studio with a lovely deck on the side yard. I walked to the beach everyday and often stopped at the local grocery store to buy food to BBQ while enjoying the quiet neghborhood vibe. The entrance is a bit hidden and tucked away which made me feel safe and secure being a solo traveler. The neighbors were very friendly as well, which added to my overall experience and impressions of Laguna Beach. The next chance I get to visit I will definitely stay here again. It would be perfect for a couples retreat as well.

Amazing Beach Cottage

Walking distance to all of the favorite places in Laguna. Cleo State Beach, The Sawdust Festival, Pageant of the Masters, and The Village. The cottage is tastefully decorated, private and all you need for a short or long stay. So much better than a hotel! I will be back it was truly lovely and I enjoyed every moment.

We loved Laguna and the Village Retreat!

My husband and I just returned from Laguna and are already missing it! The weather and location was beautiful! Jill, the owner, was helpful and communicated promptly with us during the booking process. The pictures are very true to form of what the studio looks like. It is very clean, cute, and modern! It is cozy, but was still quite comfortable for us and our dog especially with the roomy patio. It is also very well equipped and we found it had everything we needed. The kitchenette and grill outside was more than enough to prepare and cook most of our meals there (which definitely saved us some money). The location of the studio was perfect. We walked almost everywhere with the beach, shops, restaurants, and art galleries all just a few short blocks away. It was a very relaxing stay and we did not want to leave!

I highly recommend this getaway retreat if you are looking for an adorable cottage setting away from the hustle and bustle of hotels! Hid away in a relaxing, comfortable neighborhood, the setting was perfect for me and my daughter. The two of us enjoyed reading and sipping on tea in the comfortable lounge chairs each morning, nestled right outside the cottage...and we loved the easy walk to the beach daily! This is definitely one of Laguna's best kept secrets--and we plan to return again!
