Comfortable home with pool

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We had a great stay. Especially appreciated very short walk to beach. The lovely pool was a big plus. Home was very clean. The air conditioning unit located between the beds in one bedroom leaked a great deal. The manager called once to come to see the problem but never actually showed , we made due with a bowl under the unit to catch the water. This was obviously not a new problem since the wood floor all the way out to the hall had sustained water damage.Definitely not ideal. We would certainly recommend the property but since no one wants to waste time on vacation getting significant problems addressed, we would have appreciated timely assistance from management regarding the air conditioning problem.

Thank you very much for a wonderful Southern California experience. The house was a little dated but perfect for a family with kids! The location was ideal! Walks to the beach followed by a swim in the pool was perfect for all ages. Even enjoyed our little view of the water, could see the surfers!

My family and I very much enjoyed this spacious three bedroom home. The single floor layout was perfect for our group as it gave everyone room and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the quick 5 minute walk down to the beach as well as some local restaurants. Not the newest house on the block, but very comfortable, clean, and convenient and I would definitely recommend it.

This house is in a perfect location to walk to a great beach. You can even see a little bit of the beach from the house. There are great waves, surfers to watch and cliffs to climb on. Plus the sunsets are amazing.
The only drawbacks of the house were related to its age. Trying to figure out how to turn on the lights in various rooms was an adventure and some rooms were pretty dark.
The kitchen is large and moderately well stocked. They could use a few more pots. We were able to cook for and seat 7 people easily.
The pool was not heated, which was too bad because in December it was way too cold to use.
Overall we enjoyed the house a lot.
