The home features 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath, sleeps 8 with 2 queens, 1 double and 1 double futon. Two Decks, Propane BBQ, TV with DVD, VCR, satelite Microwave, Washer/Dryer, and Private boat dock. Rates for this home start at $200.00 per night for 4, and increases $25.00 per person per night to a maximum of 8 people. REDUCED WINTER RATES START AT 165.00 PER NIGHT. We spent three days at Huckleberry Rose and had a great time. The lake was very beautiful and relaxing. We did alot of skiing, lounging and swimming.The cabin is old but well kept.We would definitely do it again.

Great location. Close enough to town to feel within town limits, yet far enough away to feel like a true lake cabin.
Came 2000 miles from southern Louisiana and would do it again.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

The vacation rental was very dirty.

the location was nice i was very disappointed that the garbage was full and no place to put our trash for three days, there was hair in the shower on the back wall it was long and black and noone in our group had black hair .there were rat droppings onthe
upper deck that was not cleaned up. the freezer was built up with ice and particles of food that were left from food.i loved the view and the house i just wish for the money it would not have had the other problems

THIS RENTAL IS ABSOLUTELY ON THE LAKE. THERE IS NO DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND THE WATER. THE FISHING OFF THE DOCK WAS AWESOME. WE ATE OUR FILL OF 12-14" RAINBOW TROUT. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN YOU WILL WANT TO HAVE LIFE JACKETS AND SUPERVISION. THIS RENTAL HAS FULL SUN AND IS QUITE UNIQUE. BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR NEW THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. THIS IS AN OLDER 2 STORY CABIN WITH 2 BEDROOMS IN THE BASEMENT WITH DECK AND DOCK OUT TO THE WATER. IDEAL FOR SUMMER WATER FUN AND FISHING OR SNOWMOBILING AND SKIING IN THE WINTER.
