Our 3 bedroom unit has its own private balcony as well as an open floor plan with beautiful views overlooking the marina and Lake Macatawa. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The second room has a king size bed with an attached room with a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk bed. Each bedroom has an attached bath. The unit also has a laundry room, a living area with a sleeper sofa and a spacious kitchen with high end appliances.

Located on the North side of Lake Macatawa, This unit in The Staterooms is a newly constructed, fully furnished weekly vacation rental located on the second floor of Yacht Basin Plaza, the heart of Yacht Basin Marina. This unit has lake views and is outfitted with all the comforts of home. Our plaza offers Yacht Basin Conference Center, Boat Service & Outfitters, Down the Hatch Party Store, Anew Salon & Day Spa, Galati Yacht Sales and Harbor Yacht Sales.

Use of the large heated pool is included with your stay, along with a playground and picnic areas. A slip for your trailered boat can also be rented at a discount price. There is free parking for your boat trailer and there is a public launch ramp right next door.

Located within walking distance is Holland State Park with its expansive sandy beaches, Mt. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, kayak, canoe and stand up board rentals, jet ski and boat rentals, bike rentals and miles of bike paths.

OPEN YEAR ROUND. The Staterooms is not just a summer destination. Visit us in the Spring for Holland's famous Tulip Time Festival. Fall is a great time to enjoy a color tour, go hiking or apple picking. In the winter you can cross country ski, go sledding or marvel at Lake Michigan’s Icebergs. Downtown Holland is a great place to shop even in the winter, with heated sidewalks and an outdoor fireplace to help keep you warm.

Weekly rentals run Friday to Friday. Check-in time for weekly rentals is 5pm on the start date of your stay and Check-out is 11am.

No smoking and no pets.

Must be 25 years old to rent.

My entire family 6 adults and 4 children stayed here over Labor Day Weekend! We could not have been happier with the accommodations. The location is Perfect and everything you need during your stay is 30 seconds below you in the "Hatch Party" store. The employees and staff could not have been more friendly or more attentive. The place is so clean it's crazy. We plan on staying here for years to come. Almost didn't want to write a review b/c we didn't want to let the secret out but didn't think that would be fair. If you are looking for any type of getaway this is an Amazing place.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

What a wonderful surprise!!! Our stateroom was incredible, perfect layout, beautiful view. The kitchen was perfect. My wife and two boys "Lived like royality". All of the staff were very friendly and waking up in the morning with a beautiful view overlooking the marina was breathtaking. We had a few guests over for dinner and they huge space accommodated everyone. The applicances were very nice, and every room has a flat screen tv and their own bathrooms. The Boys Loved it! We will be back soon!
