The property is in the ideal location in La Jolla; a short skip to the park, the beach, excellent restaurants and daily necessities. No car is needed to enjoy this location and this particular property has the best view in the neighborhood. The furnishings are a bit dated, but clean and very comfortable. A great place to spend a week or a month.

We absolutely loved staying at the La Jolla Shores Penthouse. The amenities were fantastic. Great view of Kellogg Park and the ocean. Very close to some spectacular restaurants. Indoor parking was a real plus. When I come back to La Jolla, I will definitely stay here again.

The condo was located directly across the street from the beautiful La Jolla Shores beach. Our balcony had a view of the ocean and the boardwalk which was perfect for walking and riding bikes. It was a quiet area without traffic and noise, yet had a very cozy feel of watching patrons going to the beach or taking a leisurely walk. Within walking distance (around the corner) were three exquisite Italian Restaurants which we really enjoyed. The "Cove " with all the shops and beach front dining was approximately 5 minutes away by car. What a great place to spend the afternoon, shopping, dining and sight seeing! The condo itself was immaculately clean! It met all our needs with an abundance of towels and extra blankets. We had a great time and would definitely choose this place again for our next La Jolla vacation! I highly recommend it.

We loved this condo! It had everything we needed to enjoy our week in La Jolla and the location was perfect. We walked to all of the restaurants in the Shores and of course the beach and the park were just across the street. We can't wait to come back...thanks!

Nice place, plenty of space, could be a little bit more cleaner. Convenient location, nice restaurants around. Only a small grocery store nearby with limited choice.

The penthouse was beautiful...very clean with all ammenities. Up to date decor. Location was walking distance across the street from beach and children's playground. Around the corner were three fabulous italian restaurants and a mexican restaurant. Rentals for kyacing and bike riding, Located minutes by car to "the cove" with shops,dining by the sea. Exquisite, spectacular. Really enjoyed our stay in La Jolla at this Penthouse. I highly recommend it.
