Beautiful vacation beach home located just a few blocks from the Cocoa Beach Pier and just steps from the Ocean. This lovely private vacation home is beautifly situated off the beaten path yet still close enough to enjoy everything Cocoa Beach and the surrounding area has to offer. Spend a relaxing day at the beach just outside your front door. Maybe experience a day of deep sea fishing by chartering a boat at Port Canaveral complete with its own Captain. Or take a short 45 Minute drive to Orlando and visit Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios-- Maybe even spend the day shopping at one of Orlandos many outlet malls or the world famous "Loop." We are very excited about your stay with us!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We had a great time at this location. The house's location is PERFECT. We had a group of all guys so we were not real picky however if I would have been with my family there are some things needed at the house. Way to much junk laying around the location. Bases boards need cleaned and cob webs from light fixtures and ceilings. Carpets are getting a little old. However the pool area is spectacular and the kitchen is amazing. Overall we loved the house and will rent again next year.

Great place, poor condition

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We loved being 1 block from the beach and there was plenty of space in the house which we needed. However when we arrived it was very unclean. The kitchen and the baths had been wiped but there were no hand towels or soap to wash when we arrived. There were ants and little spiders everywhere and we had to keep all open food and dishes in the frig to keep them clean. There was cat hair in one room and on the pool table and we have allergies. The upper spare room was very dusty and there were spider webs on the ceiling throughout the house. Two of the beds had to have the linens washed before we could use because there was sand/dirt in the bed. Disappointed that we paid a cleaning fee and had to clean so much upon our arrival and check all our stuff when we got home to make sure we didnt bring any creepy crawlies with us.

The house was great since it was in an awesome location just of the beach. My only complaints are that it was a little dirty, furniture was stained and old, floor was not very clean, and a couple bugs here and there in the house. We had a great time, but it is definitely a house for the younger crowd. Since we were all in our 20's we did not care too much about the condition of the house. I would go back for another week in a heart beat, so i am not saying it was unlivable at all. If you are particular about the places you stay I would just not recommend this house tho. It was a great deal for the price.

We had to spray for Ants, they were all over the place. We had to clean the coffee-pot before we could use it also. The linens on the beds we washed before we could sleep on them. A nice home in a great location buts need to kept Clean !
