Unit #1902 is an upstairs garden view 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, fully air conditioned and has high speed internet service. It sleeps 6. New twin Beds can be made as a king.
The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long walking beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!

This condo located at the Palms in Wailea is in good condition and very well outfitted for cooking for a group. It is on the second level so may not be suited for someone with mobility issues. A lower level condo might also be better for children because of the access to he lawn off the patio. There is minor street noise but it is muffled well by the room air conditioner. The resort pool is small but well kept and just far enough that there is no pool noise to deal with.We also rented a second near-by condo- no comparison in condition or amenities but with the same layout. 1204 is a bit more expensive but well worth the difference.The location is a short walk to a good beach and to the Wailea mall. Our second time at this resort and we would choose it again.

This was our first time renting a condo in Maui, so we were a little nervous given a few stories we've heard. Our condo was fantastic!! The property mgmt company was totally on top of everything. The condo was in excellent condidtion, it was completely beach-ready with boogie boards, a beach cooler, lots of beach towels, backpack beach chairs, the list goes on. The condo itself was so relaxing. We bbq'd almost every night and ate out on the lanai for every meal all week. We'd recommend this to anyone!

A very comfortable place to stay. All the little extras that a person needs were there (toilet paper, dish soap, beach chairs, etc.). We had one replacement need (lighting in bathroom)which was met promptly and courteously. Uncomplicated and efficient process leaving us with no questions necessary to ask.

If it were closer to the beach it would be perfect...but walking to the beach in paradise who can complain?! The condo is beautiful and we wish we were still there! Called on Sunday about this problem, never had a return call on Sunday or after. There should be a note on instructions about turning on the washer.
