Summer and Fall 2013 Discounted Rates. Please ask ! This second floor property has a fabulous view, charm, and is very convenient to the pool. Is is comfortably furnished with rattan.
The livingroom area has ceiling fans both by the sofa and dining area as well as air conditioning. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player.The kitchen is well equipped.
The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with walk in shower, ceiling fan, air conditioning and an ocean view.The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
To the back of the unit is the upper pool, and convenient barbeque area. The grounds are very beautiful and neatly manicured.
Right down the street is the Shops at Wailea, the beaches and hotels of Wailea and many wonderful restaurants.

Water Alarm!! in wonderful property

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.

sorry, all wonderful, except weird water alarm went off while I was in the one explained this to us and we had to call emergency number. manager came to pick it up off the floor before plumber (which i cancelled) This water alarm system should be made known to visitors from the mainland as most of us have never seen or heard such a thing and it is truly ALARMING!! But, wonderful place otherwise. Thank you

We loverlooked the ocean and golf course and the view was beyond spectacular. The unit's kitchen provided so many amenties for cooking and entertaining. We will definitely be back!!

This condo is in a beautiful location with excellent views. It was very spacious and nice. Our only complaint that some things were dirty, went to plug into an outlet for a phone charger and the whole area was covered in a thick coating of dust, the couch also smelled very badly.
Even with the condo being a little dirty we would definitely come back to this place.

Carpet was very dirty in the living room and the whole condo needs a deep cleaning.
View was spectacular, but very small TV, no Ipod dock and no usuable barbecue. They need some gas barbecues instead of the ancient ones the association has in the common areas. Nice pool area.
