My husband and I have stayed in numerous vacation homes and for the most part have been pleased with accommodations. We did a last minute trip to Florida this July to Cape Coral and rented Villa White Ibis and could not have been happier. This home is beautiful! The owners just recently renovated this house and did not spare any expense. It's a great layout that allows for easy entertaining and very tastefully decorated with all new furniture. We loved the billiards table!
The home is set up nicely for a family or three couples as there are three bedrooms and all with their own bathrooms and again each bedroom beautifully decorated (and very comfortable beds!)
Every morning we would have our breakfast outside in the lanai enjoying the serene view of the canal. The pool is great and there are lots of sitting areas in the lanai to seek out both sun and shade. There were kayaks for our use and we took advantage of late evening kayak trips! There are lots of restaurants nearby but for the most part we ate in enjoying fresh fish on the BBQ. There is a large grocery store about a 5min drive or 10-15min bike trip. It was nice to have bikes available for our use. The property manager was extremely helpful in getting us set up and recommending some restaurants and key spots to visit. We loved the kayak tour through the mangroves!
We would highly recommend this vacation property to anyone who is looking for all of the comforts of home - it's close to beaches, shopping and tons of activities! We will be retuning to Villa White Ibis and next time with our family!
