Equipped to accommodate up to 7 people, with a king in the master bedroom, a double and twin in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and watch the perfect sunsets every evening. Washer and dryer in the unit. This owner is providing two free beach chairs and one umbrella for reservations. Owner has added foam topS to mattressES in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Flat screen TV with DVD and CD player. We took our family (and a friend) down for spring break. This condo is in an ideal location for families that would not want to expose their children to all the things that can happen at spring break in more crowded places. The condo was very comfortable and nice. The temperature outside was very cool for a couple of days, but the pool was heated - which was wonderful. Easy access to stores and restaurants in the area. Nice area for exercise and relaxation. I hope to stay there again should we venture to Navarre, FL again.

Overall, a wonderful stay. Need for improvement would be the other units in the building. One unit being renovated (unit 206 I think) at 6:45 am, woke us and several other renters. Another ones air conditioning keep me up all night on our last night of stay. ( unit 508) We will return. Love Navarre Florida!

Unhappy Vacay :(

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Upon arrival, the condo seemed to be fine until we noticed wet carpet in the guest room. My husband fixed the leak before a handyman made it to the condo. Then we had to hear a blowing fan for 3 days! We have 2 small kids that needed to nap and this was unbarable. They never offered to move us to another unit even though the complex was clearly not full. On top of that, the elevators did not work half the time. I came a long way for a vacation and left unsatisfied.

We checked in Sunday April 15th about 3PM. Was greeted by lady at desk(Do not know her name), and she started check in procedure. About 3/4s the way thru, a lady walked in the office and asked where\whom she could see about renting a condo for 6 months to a year. Lady checking us in instantly got up from chair and gave all her attention to her. After a couple minutes she motioned to other female to finish with us. Normally I would have spoken up, but that tends to bother my wife and I was furious so I said nothing. It only took 3-4 more minutes to finish check in. We decided to leave Fri. instaed of Sunday(above had nothing to do with the decision) and went to Pearl about 8:15 and office was not open. We left keys in drop box and called about 45 minutes later and answering service took the call. We explained that we left early and wanted to make sure management knew about it and would secure the condo. Answering service assured us she would get them the message. We called about 10 AM and the office was still not open.
