BEWARE: MAJOR misrepresentation in description

What they conveniently leave out of their description is that there is no interior stairs between the floors; i.e., half the amenities are downstairs, the other half are upstairs, so you have to actually go outside and up and down that staircase every time you want to go to the other floor. AND the separate entrance for each floor has a mechanical push-button door lock that you have to know the key for every single time - neither door can be closed without being locked. Extremely inconvenient when it's 1) cold outside; and/or 2) raining outside; and/or 3) dark outside; and/or 4) you use that gorgeous big tub in the bathroom downstairs, but have to then go outside and upstairs to another bedroom to get dressed because there's no closet in the 1st floor bedroom.
But one doesn't know any of that until one arrives at the "cabin", which is actually not A cabin and is TWO completely separate units. Then what do you do? If you're like me and my boyfriend, you try to make the best of it since you're already there and it's the first vacation you've had in years.
Owner's Response: When our Customer reserved our brand new cabin, cabin #7, she reserved before she even saw a single picture, before it was even advertised to the public, or before we had a written description. When we explained everything verbally about the cabin, she was so excited to enjoy all of the new amenities that our cabin had to offer, including all the new appliances and new beds, new was her priority. We even tried to talk her out of this cabin, since it was just 2 in her party, and this cabin was a much bigger cabin than what she would need. However she said she would think about it but really liked that everything was new about the cabin. . Once I sent her pictures of the upstairs and downstairs of the cabin and all of the amenities, she loved all of it, and wanted to keep her reservation at Cabin #7, instead of changing to a smaller cabin. When we met her and her boyfriend, they loved everything about the cabin, except she did not like the flight of stairs. Reading her testimonial, first now, how sad we are to hear that she wasted wonderful memories and time and allowed a flight of stairs to ruin the only vacation she had in years; instead of enjoying this amazing cabin, the nature, the beauty of the luxury of the art that fills this cabin and the above normal amenities that cabin #7 has to offer. If walking up and down one flight of stairs is what bothered her, then she did not have to. Since between the up and down stairs there are 9 beds with plenty of storage. The upstairs has another full bathroom, 2 private bedrooms with huge closets and flat screen TVs with DVD players, and Blue-ray in living room. She mentions that the downstairs bedroom has no closet. But what it does have is 3 beds with plenty of dresser space, shelves, hooks, and hangers and a huge Flat screen TV with HD and Blu-ray. So, she really had her choices on which bedrooms to pick or what floor to stay on. Also, downstairs has another bathroom downstairs with a bathtub Jacuzzi.
The one flight of stairs is worth walking if you can. That is where we artistically built our own Pub and you can enjoy playing a game of pool while watching a huge Plasma TV in HD and Blu-ray or soak in a bathtub-Jacuzzi! Cabin #7 is wonderful for one family or two, since it has so much privacy in the upstairs as well as the downstairs. So come and enjoy two complete floors for one price with double the fun! Also, at night, we have installed so many lights and motion lights that the fun can keep going!
