This condominium is a Tommy Bahama-inspired tropical getaway one bedroom condo that can sleep 4. You will be pleased to encounter the cozy, comfortable, yet expansive, atmosphere of this updated condo which has lots of tropical plant motifs and color schemes. You will enjoy the warm maple cupboards in the well-appointed and well-equipped kitchen and the granite dining room table. There are premium mattresses in the master king bed and queen size sofa sleeper. There is also an in-suite washer & dryer. It is tiled throughout, with an extremely large pool deck/hot tub/ grills within easy access through your own patio doors. An outdoor closet on the patio stores beach equipment.

Nearby amenities include grocery and drug stores, gas stations, car washes, shopping malls, two international airports (Tampa International ‘TPA’ and Clearwater International Airport ‘PIE’), the huge covered Wagon Wheel Flea Market, miniature golf courses and local arts and crafts fairs. There are approximately 40 golf courses within a 40 mile radius. Popular John’s Pass provides restaurants, bars, dolphin watching, boat rentals and unique shops. Some nearby great restaurants include the Pub waterside restaurant, E & E Stakeout Restaurant, Marlin Darlin, Friendly Tavern (karaoke), Wine Cellar, Sloppy Joe’s and the Green Iguana. Next door to us you can visit the world-renowned Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The handling of reservations for the following year was disappointing to say the least. The unit had been rented right out from under us even though we were led to believe that there was a first come .....first serve police on rentals. Not to mention the fact that we had rented the place3 for 5 years.....WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
