I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We love the location, and first floor room, but condo is just adequate...We love the fact that the owers let us use the beach chairs, beach kart, and boogie boards, but otherwise room is just ok. We love being on the street side and packing and unpacking are easy....therefore we would stay again for those reasons.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

pots and pans were not good.bathroom in master was to small. sofa was missing pillows. I will not stay there again.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.

This was my third stay at PATB V during the past 2 years but my first time in this particular unit. When I walked in I was overwhelmed by the odor! (a cross among dirty socks, wet dog, stale smoke and old grease) The furniture, especially in the master bedroom, was shabby and worn. The closets were packed with extra pillows and bedspreads and junk. Light bulbs were burned out in both bathrooms to the extent it was difficult to see well in the mirrors. The bath soap provided was like trying to wash with candle wax.
