This condo has an unobstructed beautiful view of the gulf. Your lanai door is your front door to paradise. While sitting in the lanai or in the living room or in the master bedroom, you see either the gulf, sand dunes, and/or vegetation. It is outstanding. You are about 50-75 steps to the beach by walking across your yard, onto a short path, and you are there. You hear waves in your master bedroom at night. This unit is very private as no one can see into your lanai from there's. The pool is nice, tho it wasn't heated and it was unseasonably cold this year. The owner has two beach chairs which were easy to carry (and a shell scooper which was fantastic!). The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and plentiful. It was clean, NO bugs; no dirt. Now, the unit could use some repairs and upkeep, but we didn't go down there to spend time in the bathroom looking at a little peeling of walls or the fixtures that have become detached (yet still usable) from the walls. The bathrooms were clean, usable, and quite acceptable. I don't cook while on vacation, so can't speak much about amenities there. Parking and gulf access is where it's at when on Sanibel. This place is outstanding in those areas. No need to go anywhere to collect shells as the best was right out the front door. Enjoy! Thank you for sharing your place!

Gulf front window very very dirty. could not see out. terrible bed ..master. all furniture a disaster.

We are sorry to see that this guest is still very unhappy. We came out and had the window cleaned during thier stay. We also offered to move the guest early on during thier stay, which they declined to do. The guest did change thier minds several days later however it was no longer possible for us to move thier accommodations. Guests were insistant on being moved or asking for all the condo furniture to be immediatly replaced. Owner offered them significant compenasation for them to leave and find other accommodations, which these guests also declined, in favor of a smaller refund to stay in the current accommodations. Guests were still unhappy and continued to complain but they would not accept any of the options offered to them. We are sorry that a mutual agreement could not be reached by all parties in this matter.

We have returned to SI for more than 10 years and always enjoy our stay. The staff att Sanibel Accomodations was right there to help with any short comings and were more than happy to do so, The condo itself needs some updating, but still was very good..we will return...Joe

The room was dirty (empty water bottles, dust, etc.). There was only one ceiling fan in the entire condo. The master bath sliding glass door fell off the first time we opened it. The door to the washer/dryer closet was broken. There were 4 light bulbs out. The screen to the back was torn and there were mosquitoes in the room. The furnishings were old. The location of the room was excellent - first floor facing the gulf. The stay was great except for the large group of late night partiers running around almost every night.

The unit was very convenient to the beach and the property is in good condition. As well, this unit is dog friendly and you can just walk out the door for pet relief areas.
The unit could use a good cleaning and maintenance, but overall decent shape.
Other than a rude employee from Sanibel Accommodations that parked in our designated space and confronted our daughter about whether we had paid to have a dog in the unit or not, all other employees were courteous and friendly.
