The over sized lanai opens up and is a great setting for early morning coffee & breakfast. Through the large sliding glass doors one views a tropically landscaped back yard, which has an ambiance of an English Garden.
The master & guest bedroom are located on opposite sides of the house, which affords complete privacy to all parties. A sliding door isolates the guest area (bath & beds) from the rest of the house. The Den is a perfect office work space with Internet/phone/TV. It can be closed off for privacy and has a couch.
The back yard is completely fenced and lighted. Evening entertaining on the outdoor patio is most enjoyable. The Golden beach area is great for evening strolls.

We bought this lovely property to be our winter home a few years down the road. In the meantime we are renting it. We hope you enjoy its location, with private beach access and proximity to Venice's quaint downtown and bike/walking paths. Venice is also convenient to the cultural life and shopping in Sarasota..
This property is 3 minutes by car to Venice Airport, which can even accommodate private jets. The 18 hole Venice public golf course is adjacent to this same airport. Sharky's, which is a popular beach side restaurant & bar, is just across the street from the airport. Our sunsets are an unbelievable way to top off ones' evening.
The center of Venice, less than 4 minutes by car, takes one back in time with the ice cream soda shops, sidewalk cafes, and quaint souvenir shops. The town is made for strolling. At the end of the wide median Main street, is the public beach, where one can search for fossilized shark's teeth.
