We stayed in the condominium the weekend of September 22, 2007. You can't beat the location, and we had a fabulous stay. Although the weather was beautiful, we sat by the fire and enjoyed the very comfortable couch and chairs. The Rusineks were great hosts -we appreciated the extensive book collection and games. Most importantly, Michael went out of his way to have the pool and hot tub opened up for us because we were so sore after running the Aspen Falling Leaf Half Marathon (what a killer that was!).

lovely kitchen remodel, walking distance to everything. Enjoyed live music at the Belly Up as well as many fun spring jam activities in Aspen and Snowmass.

My family and I stayed Jan.2nd through the 6th and we had a fantastic time. The condo was clean, updated, spacious and very comfortable. The owners go out of their way to give information about the condo and operation of everything in the condo like the TV, washer/dryer, heat, fireplace etc. Parking is convenient. We would definately stay again.

This condo is fantastic!!! Beautiful and in a fantastic location. I look forward to staying there again.

We stayed in Sept 05 and the leaves were just beautiful. This condo was the perfect home away from home. The location couldn't be any better, walking distance to downtown Aspen and close to the other resort areas. We can't wait to stay during ski season, since the gondola and lift is right around the corner. The owners are great and very attentive to their guests. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed in this condo over Labor Day weekend 2005 and it was wonderful! When we arrived, the condo was clean and beautifully decorated and the accomodations worked great for our families! The owners put together a book with recommendations for where to eat, hike, etc. which is great if you're new to Aspen. The owners were quick on communication and made sure our stay there was exactly what we expected. We've now found the place where we'll stay everytime we come back to Aspen! Thanks so much!
