I was over all very pleased with our condo. I do however feel that EVERY single room absolutely needs a ceiling fan, or atleast access to box fans- we went and purchased two ourselves. The stay would have been more pleasant had we had one. I read in an ealier post about the Master bedroom closet door not working-- it is still broken. If it has been mentioned before- then measures to fix it should be taken- its a door- not exspensive piece to replace at all. I also noticed that the floors were not very clean. There were peices of paper and such in the carpet in the Master bedroom. Again--pride in your work equals a happy guest. The door in the fridge was broken-- didnt realize how important that was until there wasnt one-- there is a piece of duck tape taped where that bar should be-- not really that helpful. The Grill area is nice a big-- there should be some sort of a canopied area where guest and get under away from the heat of grill and sun, with maybe a picknic table area to eat or help prepare foods. The pool area was nice. We went at a time when the beach wasnt very crowded! It was great!!

We rented this 3br/ 3 bth condo so that everyone traveling with us would have their own bedroom and bathroom. This was the greatest convenience of all. The condo itself is older however the owners have done a great job decorating it to help make it look more modern. The master bathroom tub could use more grout work. Overall, we were pleased with the condo and location. Bender Realty were very nice and helpful. If I don't stay at this exact condo again in the future I will definately use Bender Realty for my next booking.

I think that u need to tell people that you only accept one credit card. I did read everything but it isnt clear, I didnt take it as that you can only use 1 credit card so that needs to be told up front by the person that is taking the reservation. I would not recommend using your realty office to reserve any property because of the fact that you only accept one credit card. I didnt understand why your credit card company won't allow you to accept more than one credit card because you finish paying the amount when you check in. It just didn't make any sense and I almost had to cancel my reservation due to this.

We really enjoyed our stay at Surf Side. Only one complaint...the elevator. It didn't work properly two of the days we were there. Five flights of stairs can really get you in shape!
