This charming property (set off the road but near a beautiful beach) was well equipped, nicely decorated and user friendly, close to all amenities; in fact we used this location as a spring board to explore Maui. The air con was excellent while acclimatizing. Stove, fridge, micro etc to create nutritious meals. Parking handy. Owner very helpful and responsible. Would visit again!

Maui was a piece of paradise for me and my partner, thanks to this lovely home! it's in a wonderful quiet location, you can easily reach any place from here and the apartment is just a few steps to the ocean! you can watch stunning sunsets on the beach... and then take a dip in the pool surrounded by a beautiful garden.
we found a perfectly clean house and everything we needed and more.... it was really a home away from home! the neighbors were very friendly and nice, they made us feel immediately at ease.
bring only a few clothes, there is a laundry area with dryer and an hour and a half you have your laundry ready....
you will find also beach towels, linens, plenty of towels, hair dryer and even anything left by previous guests (such as hair spray, which I had not brought because of the checks at the airport, I had only one hand luggage)
the kitchen has oven, microwave, large fridge, blender, kettle and many useful tools...in the room there is a large tv and a lot of movies on DVD .. a three seater sofa and a comfortable chair.
the bedroom is cozy and we slept very well in that bed!
you will have the alarm by birds, if you want to sleep is not the best, but it's a wonderful thing to have breakfast early morning on the balcony with ocean wiew! I really recommend you go, you will not regret!
I hope to come back again in the next few years, it was an unforgettable vacation

The condo was in perfect condition, well stocked, and the kitchen had all we needed plus more. The grounds were very well kept and the pool clean - our kids enjoyed the lighted night swimming. This listing is everything it advertises. Christie is an excellent communicator and responded quickly when one of the air conditioning units wasn't performing at its best. She had it fixed in less than 24 hours! This condo is perfectly placed for a small family to explore Maui. We took driving excursions, SNUBA adventures, hiked, went to museums, and the drive to Haleaka is quite convienient. She had some fantastic guidebooks on the shelf that helped us immensely with the history and little known places. We would highly recommend this property...thanks for everything Christie!

We are in the middle of our two-week stay here, and we agree that we want to come back again and again to this beautiful little place. Kihei is wonderful. There are lots of things to do right here. Everything else is close by, and the scenery is breathtaking. This little condo is like a little piece of home, with friendly neighbors. We all meet by the pool every night and talk about the things we did for the day. Very relaxed. This is a wonderful place! The owner's artwork graces the whole condo, and she has created a wonderfully relaxing environment.

Awesome place to stay. Very clean, has everything you need to cook, right down to the cork screw. Nice TV with dvd's and books for relaxing by the very well kept pool. We used the barbeques every night and ate at the tables at the pool. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and wouldn't bother even looking for another place. If you're not looking for a gigantic condo with massive luxuries and a big price tag, this is perfect! The next door neighbor was super friendly as well and offered lots of useful tips of things to do and local places to go.
