Sea Rocket #14 is on the ground floor on the north side of the building. Cute & cozy and sleeps two with a double bed in the alcove. Now with free Wifi too! Sea Rocket is in North Redington Beach, with a few restaurants within walking distance. The condos are small, cute, clean and complete! There is a large patio with lots of chairs, shuffleboard and a BBQ for your use during your stay. 2 night rental minimum/3 night minimum over holidays

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
This was our second stay at Sea Rocket units. It is not new. Apparently people do not report maintenance needs. The shower head and neck sprayed water out the back of the head and hitting the wall and ceiling. This did not happen overnight. The style was old requiring both parts to be replaced. The head was not threaded onto the neck. Also, one recept was visibly broken and the microwave would trip out the power strip within 20 seconds. All items were repaired by maintenance. The next guests at least will not have these concerns to deal with. Would recommend to others only that issues can and probably will come up.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

All was generally OK. Unfortunately, we had rain and a cold front but the weather can't be controlled. Immediately outside the entry door on an adjacent wall was the exhaust fan from the room for the ice maker. The fan was loud and ran continuously. Annoying and should be moved somehow. The alcove bed area smelled musty. There were no pans in the kitchenette. But we got by. Thanks.

We stay here for one week every year,before the rest of our family comes down and then we move to a larger condo. But it is fine for two people who spend 99% of their time on the beach. I have met a lot of great people there over the years and they all return every year.

Great value for a beachfront property. The kitchen's stove, sink and microwave could use some updating, but the fridge was fine. Clean rugs by the couch and bed and in the bathroom would freshen up the place. But, we came for the soft, white sand beach which was loaded with small seashells and the beautiful Gulf waters and we were not disappointed.

Light under sink did not work. One burner on stove was so askew that we were affraid to use it. Fan from ice machine room blew directly at our air conditioner and made sleeping very difficult. When I check in the blond girl said here are your keys and instructions, go three blocks and made a u turn. The other girl (brunette) offered a grapefruit and various literature for the area. When I got back into my car the blond was on the side porch having a cigarette.
