Gulf front three bedroom, three bath deluxe condo at La Contessa in Redington Beach. Equipped with HDTV, Bose Home Entertainment System, WiFi & Free North American long distance calling. This third floor condo comfortably sleeps six with two king beds and two twin beds. All bedrooms were freshened with new carpet and paint in January 2010. 30 night rental minimum

A very spacious, well maintained condo. The king bedroom at the back could use an update as the furniture is mismatched . The beds are comfortable but the fitted sheets shoud be deeper. Otherwise, everything was good!!

HAVE RENTED ON REDINGTON BCH FOR YEARS. LA CONTESSA IS ONE OF THE NEWER BUILDS: WELL DESIGNED/ FURNISHED, WITH WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN. ONLY ISSUE WAS WITH INFERIOR QUALITY AND ILL FITTING SHEETS / TOWELS AND NO BEACH TOWELS SUPPLIED, (THE FIRST TIME WE'RE EXPERIENCED THIS). RENTAL COMPANY REPS WERE EXCELLENT. LOOK FORWARD TO DEALING WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE

It does state in the policies and procedures page that is sent to all of our customers to bring your own beach towels.

We have stayed at this property for four years. We notified the manager after the second year that the living room sofa was broken. It has still not been fixed. It is too bad as the building and its residents are wonderful.
