This brand new rental in the Watersong gated community is huge, with an impressive 4,200 square feet divided among two floors. On a the first floor a spacious family room off the kitchen is equipped with a 55' HDTV, XBOX, Blu-ray player. A receiver enhances the media enjoyment with built-in speakers in both the family room and under the poolside lanai. A large eat in kitchen connected to the family room includes all the necessary appliances to prepare your meals right in your home away from home. The formal dining room and living room allows for guests to spread out with another 37' television and Blu-ray player.

The kids can enjoy the game room which contains Foosball, Air hockey, darts and a pool table. The second floor contains all six of the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms contain king sized beds with large flat screen TV's and en-suite tub baths and tile showers. Two of the other bedrooms contain queen size sleeping arrangements with en-suite baths. The final two are perfect for the children, one is themed Mickey Mouse and the other is themed Harry Potter and share a Jack and Jill bath. The laundry is right in between, no long hauls down to the first floor to do all the wash.

The southwest facing pool area is glorious with a large pool and spa, there is also a built in kitchen with grill and sink and a bathroom outside accessible off the lanai for easy access.

We had a wonderful holiday at Watersong ,the house was all we could have wanted and more.The property was absolutely immaculate when we arrived.We had previously spent a week in a Disney Hotel and it was soo relaxing to escape the madness!Also we were convenient to the attractions so we could go back to visit them at our leisure it did not take more than 15 to 20 minutes by car .I would stress that a car is essential as taxies are very hard to come by in this area.The supermarket is around 8minutes away by car ,but it was a great experience as there was absolutely everything there and compared very favourably with U.K.prices.I would holeheartedly recommend this villa ,There was nothing at all lacking,the pool was great,bedrooms were spacious and pretty Oh and may I add there were eight adults and four children in our party and we still had plenty of space to escape each other when needed!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Wonderful vacation home!

5 Stars!!

9 adults and 1 child with room and beds to spare. Huge house, large pool and spa, awesome grill (free!), everything one could hope for from a vacation villa and then some.

The villa was spotless, furniture, beds etc. were very comfortable. All required entry codes were supplied before our trip, made our arrival simple.

The gated community was beautiful, very peaceful which was nice after our hectic days. loved getting home and jumping in the pool. We had issues with the pool and accessing the wifi, a call to the management and everything was quickly solved to our complete satisfaction.

My friends and I are already planning another trip and hope to be able to rent this villa again.

Super Time!!!

We had a super time. The house was really perfect with plenty of room to avoid the kids !!!! Even tho we only used two bedrooms it really was perfect. The house was fitted with everything we needed. The pool was great and really we couldnt have asked for better. We never once used the amenities in the clubhouse infact we never even drove by it. The house was perfect and quiet and thats what we wanted. We will def book this house again with Disneypoolvillas.com .would also consider the 4 bed in Aviana Resort!
