For the relaxed golfer, this home has it all! Immaculate townhouse with golf course frontage and spectacular mountain views offers luxury and comfort. Vaulted ceilings and walls of windows invite year round light throughout. The open floor plan leading to a large deck is perfect for entertaining.

The master bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor invites you to spend a calm night's sleep or relax and soak in the soaking tub after a long day on the beach or on the golf course. There are two spacious upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, another with two twin beds share a full bathroom.

The main area of the home is downstairs, with a large flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa for some guests to crash on. The large dining table with eight chairs provides enough room for everyone to share a formal meal together.

The kitchen is well equipped with glassware and cookware, for casual or formal dining.

The kitchen nook is perfect to hang out, while assisting the chef in preparing that perfect vacation dinner on an exceptional gas stove with electric oven. You can sit at the bar table or at the kitchen counter and sip your favorite drink and relax.

The gorgeous patio, just made for entertaining, has a hot tub to warm you up on those chilly beautiful evenings on the coast, while watching the golfers walk by during the day, and deer and other wildlife in the evening.

Located just blocks to the beach, promenade and local grocery, this elegant home is all you can wish for in order to have a perfect vacation.

You are only four blocks from the S side of the Promenade and sandy beach known for razor clamming, sandcastle building, and kite flying. Stroll along the historic Promenade all the way to the roundabout and continue to downtown where you'll find indoor miniture golf, bumper cars, tiltawhirl and the Funcenter Arcade for the kids.

Explore the Seaside bridges over the Necanicum river, which offers good crabbing and steel head fishing. You are right on the public golf course, surfing at "The Cove", and hiking along the Tillamook trail from which there are excellent views of the historic Seaside lighthouse.

A great outcome!

Our first reservation was actually in Cannon Beach. We discovered the property had not been cleaned after arriving late Friday night. The Vacasa staff were able to find us a vacant property and it was lovely!
We found everything to be working just fine. The neighborhood is quiet and provided great walks, close to the beach. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to make meals in.

Terrible property-- misrepresented online. NO working hot tub, NO wi-fi, Broken garbage disposal

We were sorely disappointed in this property. The online ad is untrue. The hot tub failed to heat-- we turned it on Friday night and it was not even warm enough to enjoy before we left on Sunday. This was a major oversight of the property. The property manager was very unresponsive when we called and even though we were able to reach someone, they offered no help in solving the (multiple!) issues. The Wi-Fi (which is advertised on VRBO) also did not work.

The property manager's office was unable to fix any of these items, and they only offered a very small discount (less than 15% of the total stay) as compensation.

Our deciding factors in choosing this property were the hot tub and Wi-Fi and we felt very cheated by the level of service provided and the misrepresentation of the property through its online ad. We will never book through Vacasa rentals again.
Owner's Response: We are deeply apologetic that these key features were not functioning during your stay. I certainly understand your frustration. Unfortunately sometimes things do come up and while Vacasa always goes the extra mile to remedy issues as promptly as possible, in this circumstance we regretfully were not able to. It is worth noting that the hot tub and wireless internet are now working perfectly and we do thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback and allow us the chance to improve our property and our service. Again we are so sorry that your stay was affected by these unfortunate issues.
