Nice condo with a great location. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable that we fell asleep in no time. We enjoyed the large HD televisions in family room and both bedrooms. Condo was very clean and we could always find a good parking spot. If this is your first visit to Hilton Head island, the location can not be beat. We had a relaxing vacation even on the golf course. Had to show my hubby how to drive a golf ball.ha. Looking for a nice place for dinner, try Truffles. Rent bikes and ride on the beach. Thank you Dan for the wonderful vacation.

Golf and other places of interest like South Beach and Harbour Town in Sea Pines Plantation are so close you will never have to leave the south end of Hilton Head Island to enjoy your vacation experience from my Villa.

Great stay
We had a great stay here and were very pleased with the beds, sheets, towels, TVs, appliances etc. Everything was clean and comfortable. There are tennis courts right out back but the noise was not bothersome to us. We watched an egret stalk, catch and eat two lizards right from the patio doors. Fascinating for us northerners to see. The beach, restaurants and grocery store was about a 5 minute walk so we rarely used our car except to go to Savannah one day. We discovered a shorter way there using Burnt Church Rd. TO Bruin Str which lead straight to the highway into Savannah which took about 45min. Don't stop and ask questions at the little tourists booths in Coligny Beach shopping area unless you have alot to time to waste as they are fronts for time share sales. We asked for directions to the nearest restroom and an hour later we got there after we heard the deals etc. I would happily return to rent this condo and recommend it to friends. Actually I already did!

Excellent Stay
We chose this particular unit because of the grill and the soaker tub. Once there we also appreciated the proximty to the beach, grocery, and many restaurants. We walked almost everywhere. We enjoy cooking for ourselves so having a sizeable refrigerator and all cooking accoutrements was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Hilton Head Island.

From a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Soaker Tub off the Master Bedroom to a fully equipped modern kitchen with a patio grill as a vacation cooking option our guests think our Villa is a great value.

Our vacation was just wonderful at this condo and it had a very happy ending. I thought I had lost my valuable diamond necklace on the last day of our stay. Dan called my husband the day we returned home and asked if we had lost a necklace. The housekeeper had found it and returned it to Dan. Honest Customer Service is a plus at this perfect condo!!

Very clean, well equipped condo in a nice location on Hilton Head
I spent five nights in Dan's condo on Hilton Head Island recently and had a very good experience. The unit was exceptionally clean on arrival and equipped as represented on the website. The electronics (TV, internet, etc.) worked perfectly which is not always the case. There is a nice patio in the back with a gas grill, a bench and a couple of chairs for the renter's use. And of course, there is a full kitchen with laundry facilities tucked away in a closet for convenience. The refrigerator is huge and includes an ice-maker. Plenty of paper goods and cleaning supplies are provided which is a big help to vacationing guests.
The location of the condo is toward the southern end of the island near many stores and restaurants, although a car is still recommended. It is also in the backyard of the Van der Meer Tennis Academy for those who are attending camps and clinics at that facility. We did not go to the beach near the condo so I can't comment on proximity or access.
This particular unit suit my needs perfectly on this trip as I was with my developmentally disabled daughter and needed a step-in shower, preferably with a seat which is how the guest shower is set up. My only problem was that it was all tile which tends to be slippery so I purchased a no-slip bath mat for the floor of the shower which resolved the problem. There was also a removable hand grip on the tub in the master bath which I relocated to the shower temporarily. This made the transfer in and out of the shower much easier. I point all of this out for vacationers who need handicapped access facilities but not necessarily a wheel-in shower. The unit is on the first floor which also makes it ideal for people with disabilities.
All in all, I would say that anyone renting this condo would not be disappointed, particularly if traveling with people with special needs. Dan is also very quick to answer questions which is helpful in making vacation decisions on property rentals.

First time in Hilton Head
This was our first trip to Hilton Head, we loved it! Condo was very clean and spacious. Thanks for providing some beach towels, cooler and beach chairs. We ate in mostly because of our 2year old grandson, the kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils and every kind of pan you need. I am already looking at my calendar to see when we can go back! We rented bikes and never used our auto while we were there! Very convenient to everything!

Vacation Get Away
My family and I just returned from a relaxing stay at this location. The condo was just as the description said and accurately matched the pictures displayed on the website. Upon our arrival, the unit was very clean and inviting. I appreciated having the linens and towels provided as this helped cut down on what we had to pack. The owners even had extra beach towels, chairs, beach blanket, and cooler in the condo for us to use. The back door leads out on to a slab patio with gas grill and chairs overlooking a courtyard area. The beds were so comfortable and the jaccuzi tub helped make the stay even more relaxing! Having a baby who decided to get up early each morning, it was awesome to have a full kitchen to make early morning breakfast and eat some meals in. I was surprised that in late September the weather was still in the 80s which made for great beach weather! The beach was only a short walk along the paved path, which was great! The pool was close by and almost always unoccupied by any other guests. I appreciated that the condo was on the end so the bedrooms were not sharing a wall with any other unit. The people up stairs were a bit noisy when their daughter was running around, but that is to be expected in condos. We went to several fantastic restaurants that were all within just a couple of miles of this location. I would recommend this location to anyone; great value for the price and just what my famliy needed! Thanks!

Excellent,updated condo in a great island location! Bike and/or wallk to many great spots!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was a girl's week with myself, my daughter and Grandma! Plenty of room with the two bedrooms/two bathrooms and sleeper sofa in the living room, great, roomy ktichen with washer and dryer. Everything was provided, clean and new. The location on Hilton Head Island of this condo is excellent and gave us the ability to walk or bike to the beach and local shopping and resturants. We had someone in our party with a hurt foot, so we did drive most places and beach access parking is provided at Coligney Beach. But we still did a fair amount of biking also. Very close to Coligney Shopping area and beach access, Harbour Town and South Beach Marina and grocery stores, etc. Don't miss a morning bike ride to French Kiss Bakery in Coligney, lunch at Steamer and desert at Rita's Ice! We enjoyed the pool in the complex. Parking in the complex was convienent and easy. It was a great week and we would go back there to stay anytime!

Excellent location and amenities, very close to the beach!
My family and I stayed at the Island House property recently, we had a fantastic time! Property was very clean. Loved the proximity to the beach, the area was very nice. Enjoyed the full kitchen and outdoor grill. Having a washer and dryer available was a great convenience too. Well within biking or walking distance to the Coligny Circle area, miniature golf, dining and grocery stores. We will definitely be back next year!
