1 Bedroom with Loft, large Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room and Bath
Downstairs unit for rent of large two family house. A great place to unwind with friends after a day of recreation at Jay Peak. Option to rent entire house also available.
Master bedroom has queen bed with large closet space and is attached to bathroom. There is also a loft above the living room that has two full beds. Living room also has a futon for extra sleeping accommodations. Large kitchen for preparing group meals, dinning room with bar and foosball. Dinning table sits six easily. Nice living room space with pelett stove and large flat screen TV.
Unit comes with dishnetwork and wireless internet. Also has shared access to a wood fired hot tub.
More bedrooms available if renting the entire house.
A true Vermonter, born and raised in East Montpelier, VT. After finishing college and moving back to VT I found myself during the winters wanting to be at the ski hills. Unsure if I could transition 100% to rural VT it took me a few years to make the move. Now, I love it.
This property is a great retreat after a day of powder and wood skiing/riding at Jay Peak. It's great to get away from the mountain and take in some of the local flair! The Fanatics House, I am a Jay Peak Fanatic, has lots of character and can entertain many. Make it your home for the weekend!
This rental property is located right on route 100 in Troy, VT. It is walking distance to the country store, local resturant, bank and post office. Besides a great place to hang with friends it has a unique woodfired hot tub for some evening relaxing.

Great Stay at Jay!
We have stayed at the resort in previous years and while it’s nice to have ski in-ski out...this house has charm and it only seemed like 5 minute drive to get to the mountain. And we saved a ton of money! I would definitely recommend a winter ski trip stay here and we'll be considering again for next year’s trip.

The house is just lovely! It has it's own special charm which is not possible to be shown in the pictures. We had great time playing fooseball and eating at this amazing wodden dining set. Kitchen is addorable, each cook in our team felt warm and welcome there. The livingroom was our groups' sancturary where we gathered next to the warm and cheerful fireplace and played endless games till late at night. I loved the blue tones of the bathroom and it's antique cabinets. Everything in this house is put together with love and care and you can feel that yourself when you're there.
This is the best experience we have had! And the most joyful and warm house we have been in. Thank you, Wendy!
