Absolutely amazing. As most previous reviews state, the pictures don't do justice in the least. The master bedroom is to die for with a master bath that includes a jet tub. The other rooms are also spacious enough for two people to sleep in. The living room and kitchen area is also full of space and the home is overall well decorated. I went with eight people and we had a great time as we found most amenities inside the house. It is filled with games, a tv, speakers, wifi, lots of light, and the directions that Gregg provides is extremely simple and easy to follow. He is also a delight to work with as he tries to help with any concern/question you may have. I'm working to plan a trip in the summer to return to this exact home as we were all in love with it!!! We enjoyed to stay at this house. Nice, clean suitable house. Gregg was helpful any time we called him and asked questions. We are planning to rent this house again in the beginning of June. We will recommend our friends and coworkers to rent it too. Thank you! Have a great new year!

My family and my sister's family gathered for the Thanksgiving holiday at the Rappaport's home in Bushkill. We loved it! The house easily accommodated all 8 of us. Even though it was cold, we enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch while the deer meandered out back. The kids loved swimming in the indoor pool and my husband and I enjoyed hiking through the woods near the ski slope. We also stopped into the restaurant (TOW) and enjoyed some drinks and delicious appetizers. Nice place to eat. My sister and I took our kids and walked through the development. Even in the cold, the walk was wonderful and the sites beautiful. We will definitely be coming back both as a family and as a weekend get away just for the two of us!! Thank you Gregg! Your home provided us with a much needed break and wonderful accommodations.

My daughter and I rented this house---it had everything you needed! It was in a great location especially if you had a dog. I have bad knees and this house was great for me especially there was a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.
The owner, Gregg was very good at getting back to me if I had any questions.
This house was very easy to get on the main road 209. It wasn't far from Camelback and other attractions.

My daughter and I rented this house for a week---we were sorry we hadn't emailed Gregg sooner to stay an extra day oh well LOL--This house had everything you needed. It was great for walking my dog it was a flat road--I have bad knees. We loved the furniture--It is a beautiful house!
It is in a very nice and quiet location. It was easy getting to route 209--it is close to many of the roads/highways you need to get to see different sights!
Gregg was very easy to work with! He got back to me right away if I had any questions.
We would like to rent this house next summer!--

We live in Kingston Ontario and spent four days at this house with our family, who live in NJ. We were very pleased with the house and the amenities such as AC, computer internet , TV, telephone, BBC. kitchen well equiped, the community indoor and outdoor pools , playgrounds and more...The house was clean, spacious and comfortable to stay. We have four kids and they had a lot so fun, there were even toys for small children, we really had a great time and we will recommend this house to our friends and we will be very glad to go back.

My family and my brothers family just spent a week at this home in the Poconos and had a wonderful time.
The Community:
The house is in a very large (~3000 homes) community with a lot of ammenties. Indoor pools, outdoor pools. Indoor and outdoor tennis courts. Onsite restaurant, small beach on lake. Getting around the community is a bit of a challenge as there is no Main Street or road that gets you from the house to the Top-of-the-World (TOW) recreation center with the indoor/outdoor pools and indoor tennis courts. Make sure you bring your GPS and mark each location (home, back gate, TOW, etc.)early. There are tons of deer everywhere so drive slowly especially at night.

The Home:
The house is very comfortable and well appointed with comfortable modern furniture and adequate kitchen supplies. The only negatives about the house are
1. 1-zone AC which works well but the downstairs will always be considerably colder then the upstairs. We have this in my 3000 square foot home in NJ so I am used to this (unfortunately).
2. Lack of games. Most homes that I rent usually have several family games. This house had 2 (UNO and Apples to Apples) so we played a lot of UNO. I would have brought some of our own had I known. Note to Gregg: check out some garage sales and buy some games (such as Boggle) for thouse.
BTW, Gregg (the homeowner) is the nicest owner/landlord you will ever have the pleasure to do business with as he is very accommodating and easy to reach.

The Area:
IMO, this is a great section of the Poconos. It is very very close to Bushkill Falls, Dingmans Falls (free) and Shawnee with plenty of activities and plenty of restaurants.
Activities include hiking, biking (along the Delaware or drive to Jim Thorpe), CamelBeach Waterpark, swimming (in any of the pools, lakes or Delaware river), shopping at the outlets (15-20 minute drive), Mount Airy Casino (20-25 minute drive).
Some excellent restaurants include: Inti (Shawnee), Saen Thai (Shawnee) and Club 570 (East Stroudsburgh on 209.

All in all we had a great time and would definitely repeat this vacation at this home in the coming years.

We were very pleased with the house. It was clean, spacious, very comfortable, with plenty of amenities. I especially liked the universal remote as I am technologically challenged :). It was also very helpful to have a computer provided by owners. Gregg was always very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place for a vacation. And if you like to hike, you just have to take the red trail at Bushkill Falls park - see how many steps you can handle :) Looking forward to a return trip.
