Stunning 1400 square foot (130 m2) loft-like duplex condo in a brownstone located in Jersey City’s Historic Downtown neighborhood, minutes from New York City - World Trade Center, Tribeca, the Village, Soho, Chelsea, etc.. It features all hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, Bisazza mosaic tiled back splash, recessed lighting. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, washer dryer, skylight, master bedroom has custom designed walk-in closet. Condo has access to a backyard patio with garden, outdoor furniture and BBQ grill. Short walk to everything including PATH train to New York City (8 minutes), Lightrail, supermarkets, farmer’s markets, countless restaurants, Van Vorst and Hamilton Parks, museum, art galleries, churches, library, movie theater, shopping mall, shops, yoga studios, etc. Walk or bike along the Hudson River with great views of New York City. Very close to Liberty State Park (ferry to the Statue of Liberty) and the Liberty Science Center. Short Path train ride to Red Bull Arena for soccer and other events.

We are New York City natives who love the NYC metro area. We moved to Jersey City for better proximity to work without sacrificing a city life -- walking to great restaurants, parks, etc. with the added benefit of being 7 minutes train ride from New York City.

Living in a historic district reminds you of the long and rich history of the neighborhood. The brownstowns and blue stone sidewalks are reminiscent of classic New York City neighborhoods.

The appartment is amazing and was just like we've expected.
Its located 5mins from the Path station grove Street.
You can take the WTC train and 2 Stops later you're in NYC just infront of the WTC Memorial.

We had all the comfort we were looking for, grocery stores were close by.
Its the perfect getaway even for NYC experienced people :).
