Eric and Craig really know their stuff. Their apartments are stylish yet comfortable and functional. They are clean, well equipped and perfectly located. This was the 4th time we stayed with them, but the 1st time in this apartment. We wanted to try this one out because of the great views it promised, and I can tell you they were even better in reality. We ate in every morning and evening for 9 days as it was so amazing to sit as if on top of the 6th avenue watching either the morning traffic or the lights coming out at night in the Empire State Building. Although gems like this should be kept to oneself, Eric and Craig deserve, once again, a great review.

If you are into Italian food (as we are), be sure to check out Eataly (eataly.com), just a couple of blocks away on the 5th avenue close to the Flatiron, an Italian food market with restaurants. And don’t miss their artisanal ice cream (especially the pistachio). It is to die for!

My parents and I had a wonderful Manhattan experience in this perfectly located apartment. We found exactly what was advertised. Very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated, nothing was missing... we felt like at home as soon as we entered the place. Amazing views !
Communication with the owner was always prompt and efficient.

This lovely apartment helped make our stay in New York perfect. It is a beautifully furnished tastefully decorated oasis in the heart of the city. The view is breathtaking and became the subject of many photos during our visit. The bed was very comfortable with high quality bed linen.

Communication with Eric was prompt and efficient. I would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

This is a bright, clean, tastefully furnished apt. with a terrific view of the Empire State Bldg. Craig and Eric are great to work with. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls. Gustavo, who works for them, is also very helpful. Easy access to subway and bus lines. Definitely the kind of place you want to back to.

I'll just have a few words to say about this incredible apartment, we stayed there for a week and it felt like home. Everything is perfect. And the owner are such nice people! I will stay again !

Great location with excellent views, especially of the Empire State Building. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were great, and I tend to be very picky. Owner consistently and quickly responded to any questions. The only problem was that the toilet kept running, but this was a minor inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this property. The security people at the front desk were always very friendly. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Red Cat for dinner.

We stayed at this fine apartment for 6 nights and it was everything that I expected… but what came as a brilliant surprise was the first class service we received from the owners! I only hope this review can express how great a stay this was, so that the next person surfing the web for a place to stay in NYC fortunately land at this apartment or another by the same owners!

The view!!!!! You could not ask for a better “postcard shot” of new york… we almost didn’t need to go to the Empire State building for the typical touristy visit as we fell asleep every night blown away at how close it was… “night Jim-Bob, night Mary-Lou, night Empire State building!!!”

The smell of freshly cleaned sheets when we first walked in… This will sound silly I know, but when deciding to stay in an apartment over a hotel, cleanliness comes high on my list. A very well maintained place that felt like it had a spring clean just before we arrived!

The main bed was to die for. Fluffy pillows (and heaps of them) crisp linen and super warm overlay. We had use of the pull out lounge which also was also comfortable for 2 (as comfortable as a pull out lounge can be!).

The furnishings were beautiful, and the apartment was set out with everything we really needed.

Location Location… close to the subways, a walk away from some hot cafes and restaurants, and just far enough away so that you felt like a local.

So hopefully you get the idea that we loved staying here! And yes Eric, if we can handle the trip from Australia again to this amazing city… defiantly expect us back… as we really felt at home in this great apartment! Thanks again for all your great help, speedy responses to my emails and delicious foodie advice!!

Three of us stayed in this apartment the week before Christmas. The apartment is in a great central location, in easy walking distance of a few subway stations you can get anywhere in NYC in no time. Great views of the Empire State Building, up sixth ave and even the flatiron building. The apartment itself is clean, modern and equipped with everything you'll need..including a super-comfy main bed. Payment was swift and easy via the vrbo booking system and easy communications with the owner...thanks!
