Just a 5 minute walk to the white sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. This newly updated and open floor plan provides great entertaining areas throughout the house including the new paver pool deck. New to the rental market in August of 2012.

Our vacation to Anna Maria Island was perfect. This house is very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked! It is fairly close to the beach so walking or biking to the beach was easy. The trolley stop is just around the corner and the backyard and pool suited our family wonderfully! The pool is a little small if your kids are older, but our kids (9 and under) enjoyed it a lot!
We'd recommend this vacation rental to anyone. The property managers were extremely reachable! Anna Maria Island is a must-do vacation destination. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

The home was spacious and well suited for several people. Proximity to the beach was doable by foot even with a toddler. The pool was enjoyable even though the weather was a bit cool. The home offered more comfort than the listing was actually able to show!

Great vacation for Families or Friends

We had a great time in anna maria and the house is only a mile from the pier, sandbar restaurant or two scoops ice cream shop. We had bikes so we used them quit a bit. The owners were very responsive to any concerns we had and everything we needed was taken care of in a timely manner. We would recommend them to others with this house or the other 2 they have on holmes beach. This house is very spacious for larger families or girlfriend getaways. We loved the pool with the layout section with the umbrella that goes in to give the kids some needed covering. My little ones loved the layout section of the pool. We had a great time and we are definetly coming back next year.
