This condo is wonderful!
Fred & Ann have equipped this condo to make it feel like home ... I only wish it was home!!!
The bed is SO comfortable - the furnishing & decorations are lovely.
Having a first floor was great, we ate breakfast on the patio each day. The unit is extremely private - we rarely saw people unless they were heading the back way to the beach.
The restaurant and staff on site were TERRIFIC.
The beach in front of the Royal West Indies is what dreams are made of .... it's seriously unreal! The water clarity was amazing. It was so fun to have the water noodles and floaty mat provided by Ann & Fred.
The only problem with this unit was having to leave ... we will return and this would ALWAYS be our first choice.
I have fallen in love with an island and a property ... thank you Ann & Fred.

We just arrived back from a week in paradise! It doesn't help that it's sleeting/snowing here in VA, but at least we have our memories of the sun and sand...

The Queen Ann Suite at RWI is just as the pictures show, if not better. It was very clean when we arrived and the maid came again on Wed. My husband and I both thought the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on. The location was good, with easy access to the beach and pools. I was worried about a lack of privacy being on the first floor, but we spent most nights sitting on the patio and it was never a problem. Very few people walked by unless they were in the condo directly in front of ours. The grounds at RWI are gorgeous and very well maintained and the staff at the front desk and beach were friendly and helpful. The owners sent us detailed instructions before we left home and included a lot of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Turks & Caicos is a beautiful island, Fred & Ann couldn't have been easier to work with, and I know you won't ever regret staying in their lovely condo.

Some of our recommendations for restaurants are Coco Bistro (but make reservations before you leave home to ensure a reservation before 9:00 at night), Mango Reef, The Beach House, and Magnolias (get the tuna!) Las Brisas was also good for lunch if you travel to Chalk Sound (which I also highly recommend that you do!) There are a lot of places you can get lunch on the beach at Grace Bay within walking distance to RWI so that made it very convenient.

We took a 1/2 day snorkel excursion with Island Vibes and that was a lot of fun. They picked us up on the beach right in front of RWI. We also used the snorkel equipment provided to go to Coral Gardens. We only rented a car for one day because we walked or took taxis most places, but I'd definitely recommend getting out to see the surrounding areas.

Overall, I'd say this was one of our favorite vacation spots. Ann and Fred, thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place to stay at such a reasonable price! We hope to be back someday!

We had a great stay for our first Christmas away from snow. A superb beach with a sandy bottom. Condo is one of the best sites in the complex. Extremely comfortable with everything you need. Easy walk to town, but a car is fun for exploring. Highly recommend this condo. Very fun and relaxing. The complex was full for the holiday, but it was very quiet. Plenty of sleep.

The Queen Ann Suite is a first class condo! Absolutely everything we needed for our "home away from home." We are not the type to eat out every day, so this was the perfect match for us. Michel greeted us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. Housekeeping did a spectacular job on the twice a week cleaning (Wed and Sat) and everyone else at RWI were very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are lush and tropical, so much so you don't realize your at a condo complex. And the Beach! Always a chair and umbrella waiting for you next to the inviting turquoise sea. All this and the best ocean-side prices in Provo make this a deal you can't pass up.

We had a wonderful time (honeymoon) in the Queen Ann Suite on TCI, despite a few days of rain and wind from Hurricane Sandy.

We loved the beach, Chalk Sound, Blue Hills (great restaurants), driving around in our rental car, and all of the comforts of home that you provided. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to return.

We cannot express how much we have enjoyed our trip to TCI and staying at the Queen Anne Suite. The location is perfect for getting around Grace Bay and beyond. We rented a car and drove around Provo to see the sights. I am writing this from the patio on almost our last night here! The condo is perfect for us and we ate many meals here so that we could splurge on our dinners. Coco Bistro is a must as well as Anacoana. The condo is comfortable and just like home. Anne and Fred we will be back soon as this one of the best vacations we have had. Enjoyed everything and especially doing nothing!

The Queen Ann Suite was luxurious, spacious and tastefully decorated, with everything you might need on hand - from kitchen items, hair dryer, to snorkeling gear - the owners have thought of everything to ensure you get the most out of your visit to Turks and Caicos! Huge master bedroom with tv, fully appointed kitchen with seating for six and a comfortable family room with large flat screen. Be careful of other condos which may only be studio-size, with no bedroom and only a kitchenette. This condo is large, spacious and roomy - we were extremely comfortable - I cannot say enough about how nice the condo was! Condo is about 50 yards or so from the beach, and we found being on the first floor very convenient for coming and going to the beach, pools, restaurant and bar. Beautiful view of the Caribbean through the lush and beautiful tropical landscaping, of which the resort is known for, from the large private patio. Rates include the complimentary use of beach cabanas, hobie cats, kayaks, bikes, etc. - we have paid $40 per day just for cabanas at other resorts. Restaurant on site (definitely do the buffet) and others in the area offer excellent food and variety of cuisine. We were surprised at the extent of restaurants - many great chefs have made Turks and Caicos their home - offering visitors many different choices. There is a Gourmet IGA located in Grace Bay with a great selection of food and beverages. The owners (Ann and Fred) have many suggestions on where to go, what to see, etc. Each of the activities/restaurants that were recommended by the owners were all a hit, definitely take their advice. There is a bakery, casino and many restaurants within walking distance, but we would still recommend renting a car, if only to explore other parts of the island - you get used to driving on the other side of the road very quickly. Go snorkeling, view a sunset from the Infiniti Bar, visit Las Brisas to see stunning Chalk Sound, and visit Little Water Cay, where you can feed iguanas by hand (they are vegetarians) and explore a shipwreck just offshore of this beautiful unihabited island. Can't wait to explore the caves of Middle Caicos next time! Exceeded expectations, thanks Ann and Fred, will definitely rent again and we recommend to others without hesitation, just not on our week. ; ) A +

Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful home for our first visit to Turks and Caicos. We had a fantastic time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and it exceeded all expectations. Beach gorgeous, pool quite and secluded, accommodation felt like home. Could not have asked for anything more. Wonderful places to eat, favourites were Tikki Hut and Coco Bistro. Looking forward to our next trip hopefully same time next year.
